Fantastic experience: Been training with Nick since lockdown ended late 2021. I am not a big lover of gym environments, but here with Nick I felt very at ease. I started with PTs and began to build my fitness up. After a few months I joined in the group classes. The classes are only small and all different ages and fitness levels attend so I felt like I fitted in nicely and still attend them to this day! Nick is a fantastic instructor and would highly recommend Gymfreak Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I have ordered through Nick a total of three times now and cannot wait to order again. The service is next level, the quality of the kit is phenomenal and he even delivers straight to your location ! I have ordered multiple hex dumbbells all brand new, 20kg Olympic barbells and I will 100% be ordering from Nick again. I don’t think I’d ever order from another provider again :) Thank you Nick.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, lovely owner, the owner is also a PT. Nick is very approachable , friendly, gives great advice when needed. I like he has classes. All in all, it a great gym with no intimation.

Fantastic experience: This place is a little hidden gem never have I stuck to training like I have here ️️ Everyone is so friendly with no age discriminate or disability Nick the Trainer is so approachable and is very helpful and patient and gives a good work out ️️ with great class times ️️

Fantastic experience: I previously went to another gym before here 13 years I’ve been trying to lose weight from having kids/being greedy eating the wrong foods, I joined 6 challenges with my last gym and I just put more and more weight on I hated the food plan the gym was overcrowded dirty when I asked for help about my diet plan not working I was told to train more and eat meat and veg I was already doing 6 days a week so I had enough and found gymfreak fitness on Facebook I have never been to a gym alone but here I feel so comfortable everyone is super friendly nick makes sure you’re doing everything right he pushes you to you’re limits and more (he does drive me mad when he makes me go on the ski, I have a hate relationship with it ) my weight is dropping off I feel fitter and stronger I love coming not only to exercise but the friendly chats and a play with mr hank who definitely loves the ladies coming, the gym is always clean not overcrowded great atmosphere it’s honestly the best gym ever so if you’re looking for a change in gyms or just starting out then gymfreak fitness is the one (also 24 hour access to use the gym)
