Fantastic experience: I started training with boxinbox a year ago with a goal of losing weight and getting fitter/healthier. Boxinbox offers a private space where I feel comfortable to try new exercises with the guidance of a trainer who offers advice and tailors the session in line with your goals. This is definitely a step up from commercial gyms where I would often feel intimidated, insecure and frustrated having to wait for equipment to become available. Here the weights are always free and my confidence has grew as a result. This place also has the added benefit of both a weights section and a boxing ring to have a mix of weights and cardio that's allowed me to progress in more ways than one. I would highly recommend boxinbox to anybody who is unsure on where to start in their fitness journey or who likes the idea of a private environment with all equipment and knowledge available to you at all times, including your own choice in music!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant training. I’ve been with BoxinBox for 8 months and I feel the best I’ve ever felt physically and mentally. They were receptive and understanding of my goals and have delivered above and beyond my expectation. They’ve got me in the best shape of my life through challenging and enjoyable workouts that have pushed me to new levels. Constantly improving both in fitness and boxing. They’ve been great working around my schedule and are always quick to respond and adjust sessions. Couldn’t recommend more.
