Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Ironside Gym for about 4-5 months now - which is now the longest amount of time I’ve attended any gym. It’s a great atmosphere, I often chat to the staff and other members as everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I’m never waiting on equipment either. Facilities are good, easy parking and great value membership.

Fantastic experience: I joined Ironside Gym recently, based on reading previous reviews and a visit. The gym is well equipped and everyone I have met is friendly. I had the induction and starter programme with Dominic. Dominic was very thorough and explained everything really well. I feel confident in my programme and know I can ask anything if I am not sure.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Ironside Gym for about a month. I always get a warm welcome from Dom, the owner and the gym is also always clean and tidy, which reflects the pride and care from Dom and the other users of the gym. It is never overcrowded which means I can always get on the machines or free weights as required.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking to join a gym but suffer with anxiety or anything this is the perfect gym to join , I guarantee you will not feel nervous or intimidated or anything The owner , staff, PTs , therapists and members are so lovely and helpful and really easy to talk to. If you think I'm lying then go check it out for yourself

Fantastic experience: A great gym and brilliant staff who always on hand to offer advice. I particularly like the range of equipment and decent free weights. Best thing is that it’s never too busy to get a decent workout in, and you’re never waiting around for machines as there’s plenty of space.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym for a few months now, it has a great atmosphere, all the staff are helpful, inviting and willing to offer advice when asked. I really enjoy going to the gym I use it at least 4 times a week and never have issues waiting to use weights, machines etc. 10/10 from me.

Fantastic experience: What can I say about this place that hasn't already been said! A fantastic place to Workout and leave any troubles you have at the door, because when you get in there you are greeted with a warm welcome in a friendly atmosphere with Staff on hand who are so very knowledgeable and always happy to help and advise. The range and variation of equipment would be beneficial to anyone from Beginner to Experienced. Wait times on equipment are practically non existent, which I have never experienced at any other Gym. This place has done wonders for my Mental Health and I can't say thanks enough to particularly Dom but also his incredible Team, and also the Members as we all keep each going with encouragement and banter. If you haven't visited and had a look around.. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!

Fantastic experience: I've been using Ironside Gym now for just over six months and it's a great place to work out! Being new to a gym, the atmosphere was very warm and friendly. Waiting for equipment is never an issue, and the place has a great group of people on-site. Would recommend if wanting a quiet, personable gym, especially if new to weight-training.

Fantastic experience: Personally I love this gym because it's not over crowded so there is no need to feel self conscious. Everyone is friendly during my workouts. The owner is a really helpful down to earth guy. Highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym so much! I've been to many different gyms in Norwich but this is the first where I have felt at home. Everyone is there working hard on their own fitness goals, their is no belittling, no feelings of self consciousness and everyone is super helpful, including other members. A fantastic atmosphere, caters for everyone and I always look forward to a workout.

Fantastic experience: Bodyfit health and wellbeing is a fantastic facility. They offer every you could need to exercise in a safe and motivating environment. They have everything you that would need in a gym and if there are any questions, they have plenty of different specialised staff to help you find exactly what is right for you. If I was still a local, there is no doubt that this would be the place I would go to train and get any professional help that was needed!
