Fantastic experience: I wasn’t certain how much a bike fit would make a difference but I went in with loads of ongoing foot and elbow issues which have been entirely resolved, hurrah. Claire and James have been in this game long enough to know what’s what. No hard sells for extras and good aftercare for a few post-fit tweaks too. Great coffee was a bonus!

Knowing that I need to get this fixed quickly I went to Bollington Bike Fit. During the setup they went through all the options in detail and ensured that my bikes all had the perfect setup for me. Since then I have had over 1500 miles of trouble free cycling!

Fantastic experience: Great service and good results. Spent an evening with James getting two road bikes fitted correctly. I've been cycling (on these bikes) for years but never bothered with a bike fit. James knows his stuff and was a pleasure to work with. He starts with the feet/cleats and works his way up. The results for me were great with improved cycling efficiency due to the wedges put under my cleats and much more positive contact with the hoods due to the reach adjustments. Even if you read up on the topic you still need somebody knowledgeable watching and measuring as the fit is altered. Thanks James.

Fantastic experience: I've been fitted for all my bikes by James and Claire and I'm really pleased with the results. My knee and ITB issues are greatly improved and I generally feel much more comfortable. These people know their sport and fitness inside-out, are super-friendly and any follow-up questions/requests I had were dealt with very professionally.

Firstly, James and Clare were really friendly and welcoming, and really interested in helping me get the right position and pain free. I'd been suffering massively from saddle pain and knee pain, every change James made was instantly recognisable as the right position to now be in. He listened to what was important to me and what I wanted to get out of cycling. I'm predominantly a mountain biker, and had been riding a new gravel bike for 6 months, training for a long endurance event and was getting nowhere with pain and discomfort - it was just getting worse each ride. The event I had planned was looming and was looking increasingly more likely that I would have to drop out. I'm really pleased to say that not only did I not drop out, I rode comfortably, confidently, pain free, and was able to perform (both speed and power), and enjoy it far above my own expectations. Fantastic experience: Visited James about 3 weeks ago for a bike fit. No real issues but more preventative, to make sure my bike was set up correctly and wasn't going to create any future problems. The bike fit was very comprehensive (website said 2.5hr, but it took about 3.5hr) with James explaining everything he was doing. Been out for a few rides since and upper body position feels more relaxed and slight saddle soreness has been resolved. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had a new bike which I had to set up myself and it didn't feel right. Even with my old bike that the bike shop did a bike fit with, still caused me some issue with pain and niggles. James and his wife are great. Cyclists and experts in their field. Patience and knowledgeable. Can't recommend them enough. When I buy my next bike I'm Def seeing James first to get my measurements and have him fit it to me.
