Fantastic experience: Portsmouth trx is great friendly place to go for a work out. Lou is fantastic and there are so many classes to choose from for all abilities. Lou is also full of knowledge and is a great personal trainer, she has helped me so much over the years, from preparing for my wedding to helping shift baby weight! Welcoming, friendly atmosphere, I would always highly recommend Portsmouth trx to anyone who is looking to start their fitness journey or would like new inspiration and motivation to keep fit and have fun! X

Fantastic experience: A gym like no other! I'm so glad I found Lou and PortsmouthTRX. I've tried so many other gyms and never stuck it out until now. I have been coming here for years and love it. It's welcoming, friendly, classes are fun and I've seen a massive improvement in my fitness levels and have achieved so many personal goals thanks to this place!

Fantastic experience: We started using Portsmouth TRX a number of years ago and have watched it grow from strength to strength with the hard work and determination of Lou and Clive . It has done so much for me for my fitness , weight loss and all round well being within my self . It’s the personal touch that makes this place so special , you feel like your part of a family and don’t feel uncomfortable if your not the fittest of people , it’s a pleasure to come to the classes as you know there will be a good crowd of friendly faces taking part with you . I can’t imagine going anywhere else as it wouldn’t be the same . Keep up the good work Portsmouth TRX .
