Fantastic experience: I go here occassionally to get absolutely shredded, it's brilliant, you can take it at your own pace if you like or engage and push yourself to have an unbeatable workout. Great environment, knowledgeable owner, young, old, fat or thin, you should definitely give it a go

Fantastic experience: Brilliant Gym so lovely and friendly. All the coaches are great they really know there stuff and know how to get the best out of everyone. I came across Crossfit when I was looking for something different my specialty is martial arts but I had hit a plateau. I started training 2 mornings a week with Ally putting me through my paces. I won't lie and tell you it was easy, after my first week I couldn't move but Christine (CPR) convinced me the only way to get over the burn was to carry on and she was right. Within 4 weeks I could really notice a change in my body shape. My coach in martial arts complimented me on improving my technique, which I put down to proper movement through Crossfit. It's the only place in Northern Ireland that has a program specially tailored for teens. Crossfit Teens is such a fantastic way to get kids motivated and is different from the usual gym workout. The teens program they get taught how to use weights safely and with coach Christine or Coach Johnny always watching and helping them they will go far. Also with regular competitions and team building the sky is the limits for the next generation of Crossfit Teens. Coaches Mark Roseberry,Christine Roseberry ,Johnny Smith, Ally
