Fantastic experience: Brilliant local gym, exercise is targeted perfectly for my age and health issues. I have managed work with free weights that I would never imagined that I would be capable of. Semi private is excellent value for money and ensures you are always exercising correctly unlike larger gyms. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this unique gym, such a different atmosphere to larger gyms. Not so daunting with a really friendly relaxed atmosphere, with great members who share their encouragement. Rich is my PT who keeps motivating me to push boundaries - I have even surprised myself with what I can achieve! If you think gyms are 'not for you' - try this one, you will soon change your mind.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous, overweight, 50+ when I went along for a chat with Richard, the owner. He was very welcoming, as was Hannah. The programmes they offer are great. The gym is very well equipped and the Personnel Training is fab. Really recommend this gym, even when I'm there with super fit guys everyone is so friendly.

Fantastic experience: Rich and the team are brilliant. They really understood the goals I had for my personal fitness, the work outs get refined as goals move. Some of the works outs they come up with are awesome, such as pushing a car around the car park or hanging from the roof for 6 mins... Its a really friendly atmosphere, there are "work outs of the month" which enable people to compete (if you want too) against other members. There is a real mix of ages and abilities who attend. I cant say enough good things about Rich and the team.

Fantastic experience: Great small local gym. Amazing staff. Always feel welcomed. Has everything you need for your fitness goals. Much prefer going here compared to the larger chain gyms. Been waiting a long time for a gym like this to be in Hythe.
