Fantastic experience: This gym has a really nice selection of new resistance training equipment which fits my needs perfectly. The space is kept very hygienic and organised, being ideal for those sessions where I need a focused environment without the distractions of a public gym. The manager is very friendly and open minded, I had no problems in explaining and arranging the facility for my needs - something which is rare these days. In summary, I definitely recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: We would highly recommend Jack as a PT. Jack is very personable and has shown excellent knowledge as well as patience. He is focused on sustainable results and has been able to build routines that suit our abilities. He has been flexible in providing mobile PT sessions at our house which has meant that we have both managed to get training sessions in whilst having a young child at home.
