Fantastic experience: Anthony is a fantastic trainer and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. A consummate professional with great attention to detail and a clear love of what he does. Each session is different and well thought out and I have gained the confidence to go to a gym and use equipment that I would never have previously touched!

I started training with Anthony to get back in shape after a long period of illness and what I achieved within only a few month was far more than I could have hoped for. Fantastic experience: Wow! I have worked with a number of personal trainers over a period of 15 years I had a favourite from some years ago, but Anthony just blew them out of the water! I wanted to be leaner and stronger and in 10 weeks I went from 33% body fat to 23%! Naturally food is key to this as well! But his training methods, the exercises in the gym were great. The weight training exercises were new ones ... hadn’t done these before... they definitely worked from the outset My strength is amazing! He’s also a great giggle! Doesn’t let you give up, but has a good giggle along the way. I will be staying with Anthony long term now as the results are proven and I am striving for the next milestone!

Fantastic experience: Having joined various gyms with limited results over the years, I decided to try personal training in a resort to finally get fit. Anthony’s approachable style and attention to detail make the sessions enjoyable, despite being challenging! Training twice a week in different environments, once using weights inside the gym and once on Hove Lawns, has also kept me motivated. Having dropped from a size 14 to size 10 in 12 weeks has further encouraged me to keep going! Thank you for the results so far, Anthony.

Fantastic experience: Have trained with Anthony for about a year and during that time me and my partner saw great results in our fitness and strength. Anthony always keeps the sessions fresh which is a bonus as it doesn’t become too repetitive. We also loved the fact that we were able to train outside when the weather permitted.
Well done on completing your 2nd half marathon last week Mike. Brighton Marathon next April!
Fantastic experience: I trained with Anthony for a few weeks before I unfortunately moved away from the area. This was a real disappointment as Anthony was first class. I have struggled with fitness and personal training all my life yet he was the first person to put me at ease and really believe that I could make a difference. Some months on and I still use the techniques he taught me and the confidence to tackle this mountain I need to climb. I highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking to make a difference in their lives, and for me I can only say thank you.

Fantastic experience: Training with Anthony was hands down the best thing I've done in years. Working with someone with so much experience of not only exercise, but nutrition, and the human body too meant that I was able to achieve the results I wanted to, whilst having fun. I now have a solid understanding of what works for me and I know exactly what to do at the gym to continue getting results. I only wish I'd done this years ago!!

Fantastic experience: I had put on weight, had poor eating habits and was generally feeling rather rubbish, when I met Anthony! I found his approach to be caring, challenging and supportive. The mix of nutritional advice, remedial support (for existing injuries) and training guidance was brilliant and highly professional. I can honestly say in 9 weeks ALL of my stats changed for the better. I was sleeping well, eating positively, training regularly and feeling the mental benefits of exercise too. Anthony also helped me after I moved away from Brighton, by providing me with a 12 week training schedule to help me continue my progress and this year I have entered my first ever 5k park run! I couldn’t have done this without him. If I was still living in the Brighton & Hove area, I would still be training with him now. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I had hit a plateau with my training before meeting Anthony, who not only revolutionised my training but also continues to provide timely nutritional insights.
