Fantastic experience: I train down at the Tuff House Gym which homes synergy barbell. I train down there 2 times a week with The Fight Club fighting club. Fantastic atmosphere, sue who runs the gym is fantastic and is always there supporting every member of her gym. Thank you Sue and the Tuff House Gym.
