We are a family run, friendly Kickboxing academy with four clubs all in South Lonfon. We serve people of all ages and abilities. Choose to train for fitness, work your way through our belt syllabus train to compete or do all 3.
All instructors are DBS enhanced checked.
Have all competed, so have the experience to train you to be the best you can be.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing club, everyone is so friendly, especially the staff. Every time i go i always feel like i have done a proper workout feels so good coming out of training. Jane she pushes you to the max, always motivates you that you can do more she always has such a positive attitude and i really enjoy doing kickboxing bearing in mind i have never done something like this. I would 100% recommend this club to anyone!!
