Fantastic experience: The best trainer I’ve ever had! Adam is very thoughtful and individual in his approach to training, it’s not one plan for everyone, which I have found with previous trainers. Adam tailors our training so that I am getting the most from each session and achieving the goals we have set, which keeps me motivated and moving forward.
Fantastic experience: I have been training with Adam since 2017 and I wouldn’t go to anyone else! He understands what I need and helps me set and reach my goals. I have had back problems for years so he makes sure we tailor our workouts to prevent further injury. I decided I wanted to start running at the beginning of this year and Adam gave me a program to build up my distance and speed. I completed my first half marathon in May. I cannot recommend training with Adam enough. You will not be disappointed!
Fantastic experience: Adam is the best PT I've ever had! He helped me kickstart my fitness after too long away from the gym. Fantastic experience: Adam helped me improve my fitness over four months for a firefighter fitness application assessment. He helped motivate me to improve my cardio to past the bleep test level of 8.8 required. I was only able to get to 6.2 before training with him and help improve my self confidence and belief I was good enough to improve.

Fantastic experience: I haven been working-out 2/3 times a week with Adam for almost 5 years now. He's been a fantastic motivation keeping my weekly workout routine. I can only talk highly about Adam's dedication for his work and clients. He shows an extrem flexibility to fit around my travel schedule making it easy to keep up with my exercise online or in the gym and to check- in on nutrition plans even when traveling abroad.
Fantastic experience: Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He always starts the session by asking “how are you feeling and how has the past week been for you”. Adam always makes sure to design a workout that fits my needs and goals. His holistic approach to fitness means that I not only get the workout i need but also advice for a healthier lifestyle and handy tips for what to eat. Which is why Ive been training with him since 2017 and not planning on stopping anytime soon.
Fantastic experience: Adam is a brilliant motivator and I've seen him working with people who are new to their fitness journey (hello!) and those who have much more advanced goals they want to smash. No shouting or guilt trips, all kind, encouraging, high energy motivation and really carefully thought through personal programmes.
