Fantastic experience: F45 is a phenomenal experience. It is perfectly challenging. Within the same workout, you can change tempo and weight to adjust how much you push yourself. Beyond the benefits I have had doing these dynamic sessions what I marvel at is how they simultaneously incorporate everyone from fitness enthusiasts to novices. I've trained with people between 20 and 80 in the same session, each person able to tailor make the challenge to their own needs and abilities. The only drawback, they are addictive, but at 45 mins a session who can say no!

Kirstie is fantastic at pushing you to your limits while keeping the atmosphere positive and encouraging. Courtney’s enthusiasm and attention to detail ensure that you’re getting the most out of every exercise, and Joey’s motivating spirit keeps you going even when you think you can’t do one more rep. They really make you feel like part of a community and are always there to support you in reaching your fitness goals. The variety in the workouts keeps things fresh, and the team’s dedication to helping you improve is evident in every class. If you’re looking for a supportive, high-energy environment to crush your fitness goals, F45 Kensington is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I'm a little bit shy going to classes as I don't feel very fit, but the F45 class is very welcoming, and lots of FUN! They are able to modify exercises and weights so you can have different levels of impact. Really excited for the next class!

Fantastic experience: I love training at F45 High Street Kensington! It truly is a great place, from the team to the classes to the facility! I have had the opportunity to go to different F45 gyms throughout the world and this one takes the win! The facility is clean, equipment is well kept, and they have towel service Trainers not only push you and motivate you but also watch out for your form which I truly appreciate. Courtney is an excellent trainer, she is very personable and motivates you while making sure you challenge yourself! I recommend this location wholeheartedly to anyone who wants to workout in a fit, fun and fabulous place.

Fantastic experience: Really well organised and easy to follow workouts with a great variety on different days. For someone like myself who is not used to high intensity it is tough at first but the team at High Street Kensington are supportive of all abilities and it’s the best way to get a thorough workout without giving up your evening! Recommended!

Fantastic experience: I was tired of going to the gym, but I found most classes in London to be too focused on HIIT. I think F45 is the perfect hybrid for people who want to keep up with their cardio and weights. The amenities and trainers are also 5*!

My first session was a killer ! but the smiles and nods of encouragement from everyone in the room got me coming back again.. so 1 week later and 4 sessions in, I’m excited and feeling good!

Fantastic experience: Bought the intro package and it’s the best impulsive purchase I did. Helpful, friendly staff and coaches, beautiful facilities and most importantly, perfectly organised classes. Nevertheless, still challenging and pushing you to your best but it’s well planned so you can come back for the third day straight after being sore from the past 2. Big ups F45 HSK!

Fantastic experience: Been testing F45 classes a few days in HSK and been positively surprised how challenging they are. There’s always a great mix of movements so you’ll get a full body workout. I have done CrossFit for several years so most of the movements are familiar, some are new but the guidance has been great.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy the F45 Concept. Have been training for almost a week now and are always looking forward to the next class. Coaches are super friendly, but also active during the classes, which so far have been fun and tough! Can really recommend for anyone that would like to pick up their training, great to do it as Team workouts as well, which keeps you motivated.

Fantastic experience: Signed up for their 2 week trail and I think I’m hooked ! As someone who usually doesn’t enjoy working out this is quite the game changer . All the classes are full of energy and support along with a great playlist. My favorite class so far is Maximus and really appreciate how the coaches push you to keep going and help you keep a good form . 10 out of 10 from me

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 HSK in the last 6 months and I must say it’s exceptional. The hard part is always getting up to go to the class, once I’m there I’m always thankful, I feel fitter and stronger! I also recently injured my ankle and the instructors have been fantastic in slowly getting me back in and helping my post ankle recovery ❤️‍ .

Fantastic experience: Have been attending F45 HSK for the past year or so. The energy of the trainers and the wider community is INFECTIOUS and makes you want to go back again and again. I’ve been to a 3/4 F45 studios in London throughout and can say with certainty that this is the best one in the city. I tried a few gyms via Classpass and my pet hate is expensive gyms with RAMMED changing rooms, F45 hits an amazing balance between ag good vibe with a great group of people but also enough space, time, equipment to really enjoy time there. It's good in every way, and makes me look forward to exercising

Fantastic experience: Most amazing gym I’ve ever been a part of! All the coaches are fun & motivating, always pay attention to you in class, correct your posture etc. The managers are great and accommodate your needs (I’ve had a few injuries, my wedding, and their flexibility with my membership was much needed and appreciated!). The workouts are the perfect formula to get your cardio & weights in, and there’s always time for 45min un your day! I got in great shape and had a blast! ❤️

A little more expensive than gym but for someone that struggles to motivate themselves, this is worth every penny (as you basically have a personal trainer every day) - referring to a full membership, you have flexibility to choose options that work best for you

Fantastic experience: Throughout the years I have signed up to various gyms in various parts of London. I now tried F45 in High Street Kensington, I’ve been four times so far in a week and I have been enjoying the classes so much. The atmosphere is fantastic and welcoming, the workout classes are always different and challenging but fun at the same time. The gym floor/changing room/toilets are clean. The personal trainers are all very friendly, knowledgeable and have a great energy.
