No session is ever the same, but they all follow a similar protocol- Strength training is something everyone should be doing, but we find the benefits for our clients to be HUGE. We aim to support you personally, in your sessions and along your journey, ensuring you remain injury-free whilst getting the best possible RESULTS.

The community we've created is simply "EVERYTHING". How well you commit & succeed in your health journey is directly influenced by those around you. When you share common ground and similar goals with your peers, everything is so much easier.

Ever feel like you need to do something different, but when it comes down to getting started you just feel lost? You know what needs to be done but somewhere between knowing and doing it just doesn't happen.

You may have joined a gym and improved your diet, but motivation quickly decreases when you don't see progress. You then crack on as normal, spinning the multiple plates life throws your way until something triggers you again so you decide enough is enough and start the cycle...again...generally on a Monday... Yes- We don't do meal plans as such, because we really don't think they work long-term, but we give you everything you need to make nutrition work for you. No matter the goal, we've got you covered.

Yes. The beauty about working with us is that you're always under instruction, We can adapt any of our movements where necessary but we also feel with a good personal trainer any niggles or imbalances can often be made better over time. We always want you to feel better leaving than you did when you arrived.

Yes, 100%. Even if you've not got any exercise experience we can help you. In fact, it's not always a bad thing. We can ensure your first experience of a gym is a good one, which may be hugely important for your long-term journey. We'd appreciate the opportunity to show you how it's done.

Fantastic experience: I never thought I would enjoy going to the gym, and have never stuck to memberships previously until I joined tbt fitness in September 2023. Fantastic experience: I joined TBT in January 2020 when it first opened have now attended 900+ sessions. As well as getting stronger and leaner, the sessions help me mentally too. I feel 100% better after every session! I just love it. TBT is more than a gym, it is a community of like-minded amazing ladies who help and support each other, both in and out of the gym!! Each session is varied and challenging but fun too. The coaches are amazing and know us so know when to push us. I still leave each session buzzing with such a sense of achievement!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to TBT in Urmston for 3 months and started with the 6 week offer. These coaches work hard and are always committed to you when you're in the session. I've not committed to anything this long before as its always lost its appeal to me, whereas with TBT, I'm trying to rearrange other things to make sure I get to the classes as I love them. The coaches and members are ao supportive. There's no unhealthy competitiveness between the members, which I love. I see a difference in my strength and fitness levels.

Fantastic experience: Been going to TBT now for 9 months, and I have to say I really enjoy it! Enjoy and gym are not sentences I’d usually use together, but TBT has changed that. Love that it’s women only and everyone is friendly. You don’t feel stupid or silly and coaches are really helpful and full of knowledge and demo all the exercises each session so you know what you’re doing. Never did I think I’d be lifting weights in a gym, but I am and I love it!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for 18 months and absolutely love it. The coaches are brilliant and plan really engaging and varied sessions. They’re very friendly and encouraging and there’s always a great atmosphere in the gym. Most of all it’s an amazing community of strong women, who support each other. Fantastic experience: I joined TBT Urmston around two months ago and haven't looked back. The support is unrivalled by any other gym I've tried in the past. I hadn't been an active gym member for many years before joining TBTs 6-week transformation programme so I was apprehensive getting back into it. But the team and other members made me feel so welcome and have been so encouraging, its made it much easier for me. They genuinely care whether you turn up or not and about helping you to achieve your goals and I have never felt like just another number. The exercises are challenging but having the coaches there to talk you through everything, make it personal to you and help throughout the session makes it all achievable. I don't just feel like I've joined a gym, I feel part of a community and the reasons I keep turning up have evolved from the reasons I joined in the first place. I would thoroughly recommend TBT to anyone looking to get back into training.

Fantastic experience: I love this place and after 4 months feel so much stronger and fitter than I ever imagined. All of the trainers are fantastic, knowledgable and supportive. The space and equipment is great and I am always impressed that the team can think of new ways to make work out sessions different and engaging. I was quite reluctant to join a women’s only gym because I’ve always been perfectly happy to function in mixed groups, but now I’ve experienced the gym’s set up and fully appreciate the camaraderie of the TBT community I can’t imagine ever not being a member.

Fantastic experience: The best decision I ever made was to join TBT. I joined 2 years ago today on the 6 week transformation programme and from that day I’ve never looked back. I had been ticking the box with a corporate gym membership most of my adult life and it’s done nothing. Hitting my late 40s it was time for a change and I am stronger and fitter than I was 20 years ago! . Love the support from all the women , the coaches are amazing , the sessions are never the same. Fantastic experience: Walked in and for the first time I never looked back. I have a very different name than the average person and the coaches knew it and said it correctly after my first week. I was impressed. The coaches are great and very engaging. I love that if they know you they will push you to go beyond your comfort zone. I believe they get to know each person so the way they push me is not a one for all. I love this as I have seen a major difference in myself. My health has improved since joining, no more high blood pressure or borderline diabetic. All clear. I may not be skinny, but I am strong and fit in many ways. I can see major differences in my clothes so that’s what’s up! I’ve been going for the last 2 years and this is the first time I’ve not quit the gym within the first month. Thank you TBT

Fantastic experience: TBT Urmston has been a new lease of life for me these last 3 years! I have become stronger, fitter, toner and more confident in my capabilities through hard work and the support of the fabulous trainers. Most of the women who attend are amazing and supportive no matter what age range they are. Don't get me wrong, it's not plain sailing and there have been quite a few downs as well as ups, but then if it was easy - would it be worth it, would you gain anything from it? I love the encouragement i receive from the other women, in addition to the professional, friendly nutritional advice from the trainers. Tbt is not just about lifting weights - it's the whole package and the more effort you put into it, the more benefits you will gain!

Fantastic experience: TBT provides, great experience, safe space and lots of laughter as you exercise and work on personal exercise goals. The culture and environment within the centre is amazing amongst everyone. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to TBT for almost a year now, I was very nervous about joining but after my 1st session I was hooked. The whole team are fabulous and supportive helping me to reach goals I never dreamed of and giving me the confidence I needed. Also I have dropped 2 dress sizes since joining. A recent injury stopped me from going but now I have returned and the support has been incredible. If I could give more stars I would.

Fantastic experience: The best thing I ever did was to sign up to TBT not only have I gained strength I have gained confidence to be able to exercise with other people, the PTs always make the sessions fun and you feel like you’ve worked out but you actually look forwards to getting in the gym. Fantastic experience: I have been a member for 9 months and I absolutely love it. The coaches are great, really encouraging, give great support but always make sure you are doing things right. Fantastic experience: I joined TBT in January after not exercising for quite a while . I am 50 and was aware that building muscle at my age is something that is essential for long term health. The trainers at TBT are amazing, really encouraging, friendly and always help to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. The sessions are different each time which keeps it interesting. The atmosphere in the gym is always one of encouragement. TBT supports you with nutrition and fitness goals outside of the gym if you want them to. In my short time there, I have seen my body shape begin to change, I feel stronger and have more energy. I would definitely recommend TBT to anyone who wants to get stronger and who is looking for more support than you would get at a regular gym.

Fantastic experience: I joined TBT a few years ago and I loved it immediately. Unlike other gyms, you are guided through the lifts and exercises so you don't injure yourself. The coaches offer excellent advice on fitness, health and nutrition. It's a brilliant and friendly atmosphere, exercising with lovely ladies. Fantastic experience: Been attending here for nearly a year and I can not recommend this gym enough. Bow, Sam, Ryan, Ben and Erion are so friendly and accommodating. If you are suffering with aches or pains or struggling with a certain exercise, they always have an alternative to show you. I injured my knee Nd they sorted me out a upper body set instead alongside everyone else. The sense of community we have with all the women here is just incredible. All shapes, all sizes, all ages and we all work as a team and encourage each other. We help and support each other to get to the results we need. Tag line is Strong not skinny and that is so true. Love this place and you wouldn't be disappointed if you join

Fantastic experience: TBT Fitness provides fun and engaging training sessions - no day is the same! The personal trainers here are very knowledgeable, welcoming and genuinely care for your well-being with a touch of tough love to help you achieve your personal bests. The gym is well equipped and all in top condition. Really like how each person gets their own box to train in and cleaning equipment is provided to spray down/disinfect the equipment used. I would highly recommend this gym!
