Fantastic experience: Solid gym, limited number of machines but fairly quiet so not an issue. Decent amount of calibrated plates and deadlift platforms. Friendly helpful staff. Covers the majority of bases.

Fantastic experience: Recently visited this gym in Ipswich, and hands down it’s the best gym imo. Have a lot of equipment that is great quality and have very friendly staff. Got a bunch of machines that are great to use and ones you won’t find at most gyms. Calibrated plates were amazing to deadlift with. Most likely will get a membership in the near future. 10/10 Gym.

Couldn’t recommend trying fortitude enough especially if your looking to upgrade from a commercial gym.

Fantastic experience: I joined Fortitude Fitness earlier this month, after becoming disillusioned with the large chain gym I had been at for the past 2 years. I wanted more of a supportive feel and 'team' atmosphere, plus the overcrowding at my previous place was messing with my mindset and spoiling my training. After just a few visits I have to say, hats off to Kamal and all the team. They have created a really well-equipped space, plus a friendly and positive vibe. Equipment includes 4 racks, 3 lifting platforms, dumbbells up to 70kg (!!) plus high quality machinery that has been chosen maximum muscle building potential. All this plus well-appointed showers and changing, an upstairs MMA/boxing and cardio area, and even a social space down the back with a pool table and space to remote-work or socialise. And lighting is ON POINT! ;-) Thanks for the big welcome, I look forward to being a member for a long time to come.

Fantastic experience: Thank you fortitude. What a find ! I drove past this place and thought I’d see what it was all about. From the moment I stepped foot inside your doors i felt so welcome. I had never been to a gym before so opted for a personal trainer and Kyle was amazing, friendly and very motivating. From the atmosphere to the amazing new equipment, it really is an all round amazing place to work out. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating when needing instruction. They have a large selection of drinks and snacks available for pre or post workout munchies. A large combat zone upstairs which is great to blow off some steam. A chill out zone with a pool table and areas to do work with amazing WiFi. I honestly cannot thank you enough and cannot recommend this space enough. Plenty of parking available and just a great community. Can’t wait to see you again soon.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, giving a completely different feeling/vibe. You can tell each piece of equipment has been chosen with so much passion. You don't just get your random machines here only because all the gyms have them, everything's got a reason, and the reason is GAINS. If its not very efficient at giving you the best gains, it's probably not here, and I actually love it. Dumbells up to 70kg. Top notch combat area. Space to chill, rest, eat and even play pool which is great if you're hitting the gym with mates. And they're still improving the whole place which is exciting. Big, big up!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, with a very social feel. Nice equipment, dumbbells up to 70kg, and even has a pool table inside a social room. Plus a boxing ring and bags upstairs. And very affordable.

I have always felt like I didn't "belong" at other gyms, the masses of men in weight areas, groups of women acting clicky, etc. etc. But there is NONE of that at Fortitude and if I've ever struggled the members and staff have been quick to help and support me. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: A few little things still being worked on but all the weightlifting equipment is good, haven't really looked at the cario machines yet. Staff are friendly and get to know you not something I ever experienced at a commercial gym.

After my first session in the gym Jason Watson I was fully aware of my goals and with his help, how i was going to achieve them. Having been going to the gym for a while i've found myself at home, the whole Fortitude Fitness team are fantastic. They are all willing to help out, give tips and pointers and are all up for a laugh. i've been to several gyms in the past and I've never enjoyed the gym experience as much as i enjoy my time here. love it!!

Very quickly the team made me feel right at home and apart of the magical family they've created! Jason and Kamal have developed a unique and inspiring atmosphere, I've never experienced a place like it!

You can never have a bad session at this gym, the staff are so helpful and the members really support each other. This isn't a commercial gym, this gym is unique in its approach to ensuring every member is known and taken care of. Positive experience: The owners are friendly and approachable. Always ready to assist. Early opening times makes it ideal for those who need to train before getting in to work. There are rooms for improvement, but I guess that is the same with all businesses. I hope to update my review in the future.
