Fantastic experience: I went to Hektor's fitness classes over the summer and really enjoyed them. He is very knowledgeable and happy to share his experiences and thoughts about fitness with you. He went above and beyond, sending me a set of exercises to do when I wasn't able to attend the sessions. I would recommend his classes to anyone who was interested in them, and anyone looking for 121 training will definitely appreciate his knowledge and enthusiasm for exercise.
Fantastic experience: I attend a group fitness session twice a week which I always find fun and challenging. Hektor is not only friendly and approachable but also helps you to reach your fitness goals in a positive and encouraging way.
Fantastic experience: I have been extremely pleased with all the sessions I have had with Hektor over the past year. Initially, he took the time to talk through my general health and what I would like from the sessions and tailored them to my specific needs. Hektor has been very helpful when advising me about equipment to buy in order to build up my strength at home and is always quick to respond to any communications. He is amenable and has helped me to change my overall health for the better.

Fantastic experience: I can thoroughly recommend personal training with Hektor. He is knowledgeable, personable and adaptable. He will help you to meet your fitness goals whatever they are and whatever level of fitness you have. Workouts are varied and targeted. You will be encouraged and well advised- what more can you ask from a trainer?

Fantastic experience: I had a few great 121 sessions with Hektor at ShapeXchange which was very rewarding! I had injury on my left hand and Hecter tailored my excercise accordingly, being very mindful about my hand. Hector gave some great tips to help improve my techniques to build my upper body strength and showed me different ways of doing the same excercise. I would highly recommended Hector and ShapeXchange to my friends and family!

Fantastic experience: I had a great 121 session with Hektor, it was tough but very rewarding! When we met up we talked through my goals and what I'd done previously. Then we went through a warm-up routine before heading to the gym. I went through my current routine and he was able to give some great tips to help my technique, before jumping on the weights. After the session Hektor put together a weights routine for me which I've been using ever since. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been having weekly 1-2-1 sessions with Hektor for about 3 months. He started out by establishing what my goals were and I love how he takes a holistic approach to fitness. As a woman I really wanted to be understood about my limitations and actually what I wanted from this process, and Hektor has made me feel listened to and respected. There’s no ego, he’s just passionate about me achieving my goals. I am feeling stronger and more confident in my body. A major plus for me is that my underlying joint and back pain has gone. I can’t put into words what a difference this has made to me. So with Hektor prepare to be pushed, but also prepare to come out of each session feeling proud of the work you’ve put in, and ultimately being fitter and stronger.

Fantastic experience: Hektor was brilliant, really knows his stuff I showed him some of my regular workout routines and he was able to make some great suggestions on how to improve my form and get the best results out of the exercises I was doing 10 out of 10 would recommend
