NEW LIFE TRAINING

Fantastic experience: NLT is fantastic - offering many different and varied classes for all abilities. I joined the box circuits classes to help build all over body strength to complement my running and roller derby. Within 2 months of attending this one class a week, my team mates have already noticed a change in my strength and explosive power on track. The box circiuts are always a challenge and everyone digs deep with the encouragement of each other. It is a fabulous class to go to. I suffer with back pain and since joining, I have noticed it has been much better. I still know my limits though and sometimes I have to modify the exercise set a little. Mark is fantiastic and will push the most out of you.
