Our specialty is not specialising and our goal is constant progress. The community is welcoming, and is one of support and camaraderie to anyone seeking maximal health and fitness.

We are pleased to see people but please bear in mind that we strictly by appointment only. With a busy schedule and working on our members training programmes , if you turn up without being booked in our trainers wont be able allow you into a class (sorry). So book by clicking and have your space reserved and waiting for you.
