Fantastic experience: Lizzie is an excellent personal trainer who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. She has a huge amount of expertise and she Is really encouraging and supportive. My sessions are varied and Interesting and structured so that I can see (and feel) my progress. I started off with a very low level of fitness and a result of training with Lizzie I am much stronger and more confident In my ability to progress - and to my surprise have discovered that I really like lifting weights!
Fantastic experience: Lizzie is an amazing personal trainer. I have been training with her once a week for a couple of months, and have really found the confidence and knowledge I was looking for, in order to safely and effectively lift weights. I had just been doing youtube workouts, running, and yoga until recently, and I've been really impressed with how lifting has transformed my other practices, and the created the strength I want. Lizzie has a wealth of knowledge, and pays great attention to correct alignment. I highly recommend her.
Fantastic experience: Lizzie has been inspirational to me and has moved me to another level. As a nearly 68 year old it is important to me to maintain physical fitness as it aids mental fitness as well. I don't want to be that old lady stuck in an armchair and Lizzie has worked hard to ensure that I am not. She is incredibly sensitive to my needs as well as any teaks and twinges that I have. She has the capacity to change my training up or down a gear when needed and to alter something instantly if it isn't working for me. Whatever decade you are facing and whatever challenges you have planned I am confident Lizzie can offer you something that works for you.
Fantastic experience: Lizzie is the definition of coach and mentor, I used her services in 2017 as i lacked confidence with workout routines and using gym equipment. Lizzie gave me the tools I need to feel my best when exercising. Patient, professional and engaging I enjoyed the sessions and have gained confidence skills for life. This year I called on Lizzie again in a totally different scenario, I had been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, I had lost muscle mass and fitness levels during treatment. Lizzie suggested a mixture of boxing and cardio exercise to help me get back to fit state and give my body the best chance to fight disease. I am now stronger and happier in my physical and mental being, forever grateful and highly recommend to anybody looking for support in fitness.
Fantastic experience: Lizzie got to the heart of my running issues after about 30 seconds and filled the hour with an amazing amount of content, not just on how to run better but on how to move better. I learnt a lot - and I'm looking forward to seeing the results of all the strength training and drills
