Fantastic experience: I have been coached/trained for 2 months now and it’s a really encouraging and supportive group. Weekly check ins for accountability but regardless of how the week has gone, Marni always make me feel positive and motivated for the week ahead. Learnt lots on my form, nutrition, recovery etc. and that it’s not always about what the scales say as you can track measurements, photos, weekly goals, steps, personal bests in the app to see and work towards progression. Thanks empowered :)

Fantastic experience: Ladies only gym/group PT sessions. I have been with marni and her team over 3 years now and she has honestly changed my life. I've gained confidence from never having lifted any weights before to now entering competitions regularly. There is something for everyone, whatever your health and fitness goals with such a supportive community of women to be around!
