Key Fitness Studio

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for years now. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Advice and motivation from Ste are excellent. It's not your typical "scary" gym and anyone with any ability is made welcome. I don't find coming here a chore as it's also a very social environment, I've met loads of people over the years all with varying goals yet we've all worked in harmony together. I put this down to Ste's passion, knowledge and friendliness. Looking forward to many more years Keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: Excellent place, excellent trainer! I had knee problems after surgery that no physio could sort for over 13 years. Numerous sessions and they only ever stopped pain for a few weeks. I attended key fitness for a 6 week program amd have never had one issue since. I cant thank key fitness enough. He's been "key" to my active life since. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: love training at key fitness studio, where they really do put the personal back into personal training with a fully equipped studio. I’ve trained with other PT’s before but have not found any as friendly or knowledgable as here.
