Fantastic experience: Joining CrossFit APC has been a game-changer for me! As a complete newbie to CrossFit, I was a bit intimidated about stepping foot in a new space, but the entire team at APC made me feel incredibly welcome. Will, the Head Coach, is absolutely amazing. His patience and ability to break down even the most complex movements is making it easy for me to learn and progress. The supportive atmosphere and challenging workouts have helped me reach new heights in my fitness journey. I highly recommend CrossFit APC to anyone looking to push themselves and have fun while doing it!

Fantastic experience: A really brilliant CrossFit gym. On your first visit you are well looked after. Everyone is extremely welcoming. The programming is next level, I’m personally seeing huge improvements in my gymnastics and CrossFit skills since joining. Saturday classes are always so much fun, team workouts gets everyone together and caters to all abilities whilst still being challenging and progressive for whatever level you are. Can’t recommend it enough
