Fantastic experience: Great gym! Always motivating their members and taking the time out to say hello. I've only been a member since November last year and seen lots of members transformations, including my own. They always have lots of offers on for memberships at really competitive prices.

Fantastic experience: Been a member for several years now since before Dean and James bought it, who were there then still as staff and it's excellent. All staff friendly, very good at keep g you motivated and bring a personal touch to all members.

Fantastic experience: Currently using this Gym, theybhave brilliant facilities, the equipment is great and the whole gym space is very clean and tidy, their policy here is to clean the machines after every use which should be standard everywhere, but you do find some people that don't do it, however I have been in here a few times now and everybody seems to keep the place clean. Love it!

Fantastic experience: Great kit, something for everyone, newbies and veterans welcome with owners that make the difference. I've seen 3 gym owners at the same location over the years and its safe to say that there is something different about Dean and James's version. They have put time and money in, instead of running it into the ground like previous owners. The place is spotless(also thanks to us members ;) ). The kit is working, New pieces turn up now and then and whilst I'm not a classes kinda guy I know they really try to have a good mix and welcome all levels. Its probably the only gym I know that has a "strong"-people setup/club and coach-away day trips to keep it all going. If you are reading this thinking, I would love to join a gym but it makes you nervous...shush your mouth, give them a call or pop in. All this for a great price, what are you waiting for?

Fantastic experience: Joined 38 Fitness in the new year and was made to feel welcome straight away which was really important having not been to a gym for years. Staff are great and always available should you need anything. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: New this was the gym for me from first visit,loads of equipment and classes something for everyone of all levels and staff have a wealth of knowledge.The gym is well equipped with cardio and free weights and weight machines so no hanging about for kit.

Fantastic experience: Anyone who is thinking of joining a gym or is afraid to go on their own, then I definitely recommend this gym, the instructors are lovely and very helpful, it has a friendly atmosphere and the location is great to. I enjoy the spinning classes which are really motivating and have been training with Rachel in the gym where I'm put through my paces! 100% recommended

Fantastic experience: Such a great gym. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Classes are at decent times throughout the day - morning, afternoon and evening so there will always be something on at a time that suits you best around working or other commitments. So happy I joined
