Fantastic experience: A genuinely great gym. Went for the first time today as a guest of my sister, who is a member and keen strength trainer. Was welcomed by owner Ian who is a super guy. This gym is very well equipped with the highest quality kit for free weights, machines, cardio and loose equipment. It is SPOTLESSLY clean and well spaced out. Very nice atmosphere, feels very welcoming. A real gem of a place in a tucked away location - deserves to be known about much more widely!

Fantastic experience: Have been a member here for around 4 months. I joined because I was looking for regular classes that were energetic with an upbeat, knowledgeable and motivational instructor/coach, and Rose is just that! Every class is has a variety of exercises all planned in advance and not just 'thrown together' My fitness has improved whilst attending classes, I always have fun and everyone is very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Joined Swiftfitness a year ago after 4 years of no exercise and would 100% recommend. I regularly attend the evening classes and can't thank Rose enough for helping me to build my fitness levels back up. Exercises are modified to suit all abilities so there's something for everyone and the classes are really fun and friendly - good for both the mind and body!

Fantastic experience: Once you step inside you realise this is more than a traditional 'gym'. The focus is on 'health' both mental & physical!! The gym is well equipped with plenty of help & advice available from the staff. Professional mental help available if you feel you might need it. Plenty of additional 'group' classes if you wish to join in

Fantastic experience: Having tried nearly all the gyms in the area, this is by far my favourite. Plenty of space and equipment, set out really well and not just crammed in like most gyms. Staff are brilliant and actually feel like they want to see you improve unlike some gyms.

Fantastic experience: Just had a try out session at swiftfitness gym. Lovely gym, has everything you need and more. Very clean, tidy and the boys were very welcoming and helped with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend and worth a visit. Also signed up to their sunbed deal they have at the moment

Fantastic experience: Swiftfitness Gym in Earsham is the place to be! Best Gym in the area by far, beats every other gym in the surrounding Suffolk area, amazing and friendly customer service (family owned Gym) big variety of equipment, extremely professional, many classes to choose from, sun/UV beds, and even a coffee shop with healthy snacks and drinks! Always made to feel very welcome here and all the members and staff alike are like one big family... I highly recommend this gym and I wouldn’t bo anywhere else!
