Fantastic experience: Great outdoor gym for fitness classes in Eastbourne, instructors are brilliant! Friendly people in the classes. They have their own Cargo Gym car park off road with loads of space, very easy to park, even for me. There is a toilet close to the gym. Different memberships that are flexible and pay as you go option. Get down there it's brilliant!

Fantastic experience: Great personalised training in a fabulous outdoor setting. You can work at your own level in a group class. Lots of fun and you get fit too! Sam the owner does a great job sending out a monthly newsletter creating an inclusive and fun community vibe to the club. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Cargo is a great way to get a proper exercise program into a busy schedule. Lovely PTs, lots of variety in exercises, great bunch of “cargoers” to workout with and sessions that fit around a busy lifestyle. Love this place!!

Fantastic experience: The trainers at Cargo are very knowledgeable and encouraging so I always have a great fun workout. There is a great variety of exercise equipment and the setting is unlike other gyms! I love how it’s outdoors and the classes go on no matter the weather as there is a sheltered roof.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a great place to workout, with good equipment, fresh air, and even better fitness trainers this is the place. The classes involve a good combination of strength training, cardio and more. And with multiple different variations, depending on the day, there is something for everyone. The trainers are very experienced and more than helpful, as well as the rest of the people who attend. Amazing people, and a fabulous gym!!!

Fantastic experience: I started training at Cargo Gym Oct 21. I was apprehensive to train outside during the winter months for obvious reasons HOWEVER; I absolutely love training outside. The Cargo gym team have done a fantastic job making the gym floor area waterproof. My body trains so much better in the open air, I find I train harder without realising. It’s only when I get home my body comes to its senses realising the effort put in. Cheryl, Vinnie, Sam and the rest of the team offer great value at Cargo Gym including equipment, their PT skills and experience and the overall welcome space to anyone. There’s no gym hierarchy or snobbery here! Good work guys!!

Fantastic experience: CargoGym is a very professional and friendly gym facility. Sam Parish and his great instructors cater for a range of people who want to exercise no matter your capabilities. This outdoor gym is a fantastic way to get fresh air, get energetic and meet friendly people. We love the themed days when we get to meet after a workout for a drink or snack. Big kudos to this young and upcoming business.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to the cargo gym for around 2 months now and I am loving it! The trainers are amazing and all have different approaches! The classes are always different so it never gets boring! Definitely give it a try if your looking for somewhere new to exercise and feel great :)

Fantastic experience: I love Cargo I think Sam does an amazing job, the outdoor venue is fantastic, I love to train outside . The trainers are excellent, really understanding your needs and capabilities, in particular Vinnie who trains me in all the terrible weather , and the sunshine too !! With such a happy smile , always encouraging , he pushes you hard too !! And Sheryl too. I urge you to give it a go , you won't be disappointed

Fantastic experience: I have attend 3 classes now and been thoroughly impressed by the organisation and professionalism of the whole team at Gargoyle Gym. All classes have been well organised and the instructors have all been helpful and clear. The range of equipment means that you don’t get bored in any one class because there’s plenty of different things to work on. And finally and probably the biggest thing for me is that it is great to train outside with such a lovely view. Thanks, Cargo Gym for getting me out and active again post lockdown!

Fantastic experience: Great outdoor gym, I wish this was around earlier as I would have gone lots in the summer during lockdown too! Myself and my sister had a strength training session after only just getting back into weight training, Maisie was very patient and we really enjoyed our session. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Cargo Gym offers the most fabulous blend of professional fitness instructors, classes and equipment - with the added bonus of a wonderful vista, fresh air and friendly encouragement. I absolutely love going to these classes. They're fun, safe...everyone can go at their own pace. The free parking is an added bonus, especially for those of us who always seem to run out of time before class starts! And if you choose an evening class, you can watch the Eastbourne sunset for free. What's not to love. I will definitely continue to attend. Thank you Sam and Team @cargogym

Fantastic experience: Awesome idea and a great gym. We were the first to train there with the fabulous Sheryl and it was an amazing well thought out session. The equipment is well selected for hiit conditioning and can easily be flexed according to strength and ability. We thoroughly recommend the outdoor gym experience - its great in the winter and just think what fun it will be when the summer comes! Go Cargo!
