Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve ever been to. I was visiting from America and this gym had a great affordable week long membership. Owner is a great guy, he even called me a cab. Wish I could find something like this where I live. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. HIGHLY recommend

Fantastic experience: I would describe this gym as little pot of gold, loved training there, awesome kit with new and old school equipment. The only down side for me was the distance from my home with was the only reason I had to move somewhere close. But awesome competitive gym with Luke the own with bag of competing experience. The only thing I would give feedback on is to have proper location for the strength guy, as bodybuilders like to workout twice as fast. But still get 5 stars, awesome Gym

Fantastic experience: The owner, staff, equipment and members are all great. Been at the gym 7 months now and can't fault it. Constant investment in new equipment, great online community, everyone friendly and happy to chat, give advice or spot if you need it and even though its a serious gym with competitive strength and body builders athletes every single person is welcomed ans treated the same

Fantastic experience: The best gym around. Owner, staff and the members too make it a friendly place to train. Lots of great equipment and plenty of free weights. You will always find someone willing to help with advice if you're new and have questions and you dont need to fork out on high end gym gear to be a accepted. Just wear some clothes (we're not that friendly )... and a smile.

Fantastic experience: By far best gym I've been to in the area, it's nice see people actually getting on with their training not sat on their phones. A good variety of machines so you can work around old injuries if you have any.

Fantastic experience: Great compact gym. Good atmosphere and staff where all friendly and helpful. Have to mention the bonus that the other members training in the gym all nodded or said hello etc, which was really nice. We all know how it can feel being the outsider walking into a new gym for the first time
