Fantastic experience: Great gym, one of the employees Alex is so nice and so good, not to mention how nice everyone here is. They do everything bc to help you. Doesn’t feel like you’re getting judged, it’s more like a community. If I could give 10 starts I would. I have tons more to say but it’s so much I don’t think I can be bothered to write it, love this place. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Friendly and helpful staff, great advise

Fantastic experience: Top notch gym. Everything you need is there, you will find anything from pro athletes, pro body builders to newbies and your usual gym goers. There's no ego in this place unlike most gyms. Everybody is lovely, I personally have had loads of help and tips along the way. The owners are fantastic to say the least, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Having trained at Uniq for years, both as a customer and as a PT training others, I am confident to say that Uniq Physique is the best gym in the area by far. It's staff are always friendly, it's stocked with a fantastic selection of free-weights and equipment and Ollie and Rachael are always on hand to answer any queries. The members are all very friendly too, in the 8 odd years I've been going I've not had a single bad experience. Recommend to anyone who is serious about getting fit.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been coming to Uniq Physique since April 2023 and we’ve come on leaps and bounds with our fitness journeys. I was really nervous about going to the gym after years not going, found the machines intimidating but Ollie really helped us both settle in. Showed us how to use the machines, trained us and started us on our gym journey! He’s really knowledgeable and is happy to answer any questions you have. He also sells tasty shakes and products like protein, creatine and pre workout. The gym is well equipped and is always improving. There’s an outside area as well and the doors all open up in the summer so you don’t overheat. The opening hours are great and everyone who attends are friendly, I’ve never experienced bad gym etiquette. Highly recommend this gym to anyone from beginners to gym pros. THANK YOU UNIQ PHYSIQUE

Fantastic experience: Very comfortable place to train. Other members and staff are very friendly. I highly recommend the coffee so make the time for a post workout brew.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful, independent gym with friendly staff, excellent PTs, great value membership, a huge range of equipment, nice and clean! Also has an excellent circuits class on a Wednesday morning!

Fantastic experience: Love it, great environment for training and feel really motivated every time I go. Alot of friendly and welcoming people. All the kit you could need and more. I've been a member of a few big box gyms and this is 100x better. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I've come across traveling around. Nothing like a big branded gym; if you've only ever done them then when you first rock up you'll be surprised as the kit is 'ugly' and well used. But it is superbly equipped, well maintained and you can train everything. There is an abundance of basic and specialised equipment, some I'd never seen before. The staff were welcoming and there wasn't a lot of ego around, just a lot of people of all ages working hard on their strength and fitness. Hope to go again one day.
