Urban Escrima Self Defence

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Urban Escrima for about a year and have been amazed at the benefits to my street awareness and overall conditioning. I am always impressed with the instructors' knowledge, patience, and skill. They have fostered a very supportive environment (when I started, I was brand new to martial arts/ self defence and always feel like I am welcome). I highly recommend these classes for anyone looking to train a martial art and learn self defence.

If you want to learn how to defend yourself against singular or multiple attackers, the psychology/physical movement behind the people that attack & also have fun around like minded people, this is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: Been going to classes for about half a year now and absolutely love it. Very supportive environment with a great group of guys and women helping you every step of the way. You change partners often during the class and get to work with everyone. I've definitely been feeling a lot more confident in myself and being out in about in London since taking the classes too - so would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Urban Escrima Self Defence for 2 years now and absolutely love it. I first started by attending a taster session which is for those who have never been before. Having never done any self defence or martial arts i was not sure what to expect. However, the Instructor team and other students are great, it is a very friendly atmosphere and welcoming. The training is always fun as every class is different. I am 3rd grade now and we train a lot of unarmed self defence as well as learning weapon defence. The things i have learned so far are invaluable to me. I highly recommend training with Urban Escrima Self Defence and trying them out for yourself; I am sure you will get just as much enjoyment as i have.
