Peterborough Weight Training Club

Peterborugh Weight Training Club, is a small independent old school weight lifting gym. We work with all age categories from 18 to 80+. At PWTC we work on strength and conditioning using traditional weight lifting methods including olympic style lifts and big full body movements. Along with working besides Peterborough Athletics Club to train and develop strength and technique for our local athletes. If you want a good place to learn how to become stronger, lose weight and become part of a community that has been rooted Peterborough from founding in 1959, then come to PWTC for an evening of training.
