Fantastic experience: Tom has been my PT for 5 years now, since I retired. My original goal was to improve my fitness, and with Tom’s help, I achieved that. Having achieved that, my goal was to maintain my fitness, and with Tom’s infectious enthusiasm and motivation, I continue to maintain my fitness at a good level. Now my goal is morphing into holding back the years, and with Tom’s help, I continue to have the fitness of 20-something year old, according to my gym’s fitness tracker app. So it’s not just theory, I have hard evidence to prove how Tom’s hard work with me continues to pay off!
