They are so welcoming and supportive to all that attend and no one is left out. This gym took my son in and built his confidence as well as his strength and now he competes with them in many shows. Fantastic experience: This is a gym which is very inclusive and dynamic. It has been years since I went to a gym and finally I found a place that suits my needs. Under the expert guidance of Mabs I have been able to enjoy working out and I have started my heavy lifting journey. Thanks Mabs for your help and guidance and most importantly for the motivation and support you gave to this old man to start training and enjoy physical exercises.

Fantastic experience: Both aggressive and passive aggressive behaviour from the owner on many different occasions and for no valid reason other than being intoxicated with steroids. His need to dominate and bully gym users goes beyond acceptable and professional behaviour. This gym needs to be closely monitored by the police for the safety and protection of all who train their. The “pack” mentality is similar to that of a school playground.

Fantastic experience: When you join here you’re not only joining a gym you’re joining a community. The atmosphere and energy in this gym is second to none. Special shout-out to the owner Mabs who will make even the most inexperienced gym goers feel welcome and comfortable whilst working out. No doubt about it this is simply the best gym in Luton.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with LMS gym. I recently joined their gym and I am blown away by the amazing atmosphere and community they have created. The members are incredibly qualified in their sports and have achieved great things, but what really stood out to me is the feeling of being part of a big family. The gym has done an excellent job of fostering a supportive and welcoming environment. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in the door. The staff and members are all friendly and helpful, and I could tell that everyone is passionate about fitness and helping each other succeed. Overall, I would highly recommend LMS gym to anyone looking for a top-notch fitness facility with a great community. Great place

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym I've ever been to if you're serious about the gym. There is a lovely community of people that will help push you, everyone knows everyone and they are a very welcoming family. I'm much smaller than the majority of the big guys that go there but it doesn't matter to anyone and they are lovely either way, not intimidating in the slightest.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have been to. Very cheap rates, great atmosphere and equipment. Everyone is friendly and caters to lots of different types of training. They also host lots of charity events. Definitely reccomend if you live in or around the area

Fantastic experience: I have been training at a commercial gym for a while, with limited results. I have determination, I just I needed focus. I’ve been training here for a few weeks and the results speak for themselves. Im so grateful to all the staff and clients that make this gym what it is. Seriously I travel an hour to get here, and It is well with it. I train in the zone, my confidence has grown so much - if you try this place you won’t be disappointed. I’m in love with this place It’s brought out the best in me.

Fantastic experience: I was most opportune to be introduced to LMS through a work colleague who happen to be a professional body builder. Upon signing up I was given a tour and the ethos of the gym was highlighted. There is no ego or disrespect. Love, respect and compassion. As I approached all my session till this day I was welcomed with open arms and everyone will always greet me, if people see you as a newbie they will happily introduce themselves to you and make you welcomed as part of the LMS family. There was no comparison, no comments made regardless of everyone's size or strength. No one looks down on anyone, unless they are helping you up. People happily invite you to join in if you are training the same body part or routine as them. The energy and atmosphere is surreal for training. I feel super comfortable and anytime if I need to reach out for advice, I do without any hesitation, even if its form I am struggling with. Despite, having some of the strongest lifters the morals and mannerism is impeccable, humility all the way. Everyone encourages everyone and supports each other, you will become the best version of yourself. If you are truly looking for a gym to train, this is the place. Big love

However Mabz and Luton's Most Strongest team are very welcoming. Mabz especially is such a motivator and inspiring personal trainer who will push you and make sure you hit your personal training goals. I will be definitely recommending this gym and ladies don't be afraid to visit it!
