Fantastic experience: TGS is a brilliant locally owned gym. The facilities inside the gym are varied and of good quality. The online booking system allows you to see how many other people will be in the gym at one time. This gym is welcoming and doesn’t feel intimidating at all. Even as someone at the beginning of their fitness journey, the staff here really make the difference. I have had a personal fitness plan developed by Tracy and ongoing personal training sessions. She is brilliant at tailoring sessions to my needs and is always supportive and motivational. If you’re looking for a gym with a local community feel, good quality facilities and great staff - I would recommend TGS.
