Fantastic experience: Literally the definition of my perfect gym ♥️ After years at my old gym, I made the switch to Rise, and it's been a game-changer. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with no judgment. The owners are lovely too! It's never too busy, so you're never waiting for equipment. The equipment is top-notch and impeccably maintained, and the gym itself is visually stunning - plus it smells amazing! Even though it's a good distance from my house, it's absolutely worth it! I couldn't be happier with my decision to join Rise!

Fantastic experience: One of the most unique gyms I have ever been in. Community spirit, and great ambience. Joe and Megan are excellent and respond very quickly to suggestions. Equipment is first class. One of the hardest hack squats I have experienced.

The owners have trained seriously for years with a depth of knowledge in training, nutrition, goal setting that is second to none. Once you join this gym, you'll never want to go to another.

Fantastic experience: Rise is a bespoke gym facility for men and women. It’s an accumulation of Joe and Megan’s hard work and vision of a gym they always wanted and believed they could have. They have incorporated not just physical strength equipment of a high standard ….evident as soon as you walk in the door but provide a nutritional/supplementation knowledge unmatched in my experience. Most importantly they convey and promote a positive team mindset. They will encourage and support every client to reach their goals ….this alone sets it apart from other gyms.
