We offer the latest tools to keep you motivated & and have different memberships available whether you are looking to join us face to face or online. 1:1 or small group sessions available in our PT studio. From our battle ropes to our squat rack we have plenty of functional equipment designed to push you, guide you and help you become the best version of you.

Join us at the beautiful Horsley Village Hall or via zoom to get your JOY fix! We offer a range of feel good classes suitable for everyone. We promise to leave you feeling awesome and ready to take on the world. We don’t take ourselves seriously but we promise a seriously good workout!

Keep your eye out for our Challenge groups which pop up throughout the year! 7 weeks to smash your goals. Be part of an awesome online community, with 15 minute workout videos, recipe ideas, daily motivation, access to our classes in person or via zoom! Everything you need to have fun and get fit without having to leave your home.

I am loving my fitness sessions with JOY! Frankie is so enthusiastic and positive. She always encourages me to do a bit more each session and has alternative exercises if needed. The groups are made up of men and women of all ages and everyone is so friendly.
