Fantastic experience: Best PT by far, focused on getting me in the best shape, pushing me day by day to achieve my goals and making me feel good about myself. Had an injury and he also helped me recover and make it stronger. Really focused on how my progress is going and always making sure i stay on point with diets and training.

Fantastic experience: Thom has been great at furthering my training in the gym and in helping with my weight loss and muscle growth in and out of the gym as he has focused on my form and improved it considerably. He has advised me on a good training schedule which equally focuses on the training, recovery and diet aspects. Thom has also helped me with my accountability and having a balanced training and diet plan which has allowed me to keep consistent, which I am very satisfied with.

Fantastic experience: My 16 year old son wanted to join a gym so I thought it would be good for him to get some personal training sessions with Thom in order to learn how to work out properly and effectively . Thom was amazing, my son thoroughly enjoyed his PT sessions, he gained so much confidence and knowledge - Thom is an incredible PT, an amazing person and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.

Fantastic experience: Thom is a great trainer. I trained with him for 5 months and in that time, I gained muscle and strength that I hadn't had for a long time. Thom takes his time to understand your needs, builds a routine that not only challenges you, but is sustainable, and in general makes exercising a positive experience so you do not dread it, and can focus on gains. He is also quite knowledgeable about injuries and how to avoid them by ensuring stances and form are correct first, before progressing.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Thom for 7 months now. He is an excellent PT, friendly and always has great structure to our sessions. He’s built my strength up and in particular around my knee where I have had a long term injury. I would highly recommended him!

Fantastic experience: I had been training for 2 years before coming to a standstill and not seeing and further results. I wasn’t sure on getting a PT as I felt like I knew everything I needed to know. As soon as I spoke to Thom he made me feel at ease and knew exactly where I was going wrong we changed my diet and tweaked my training programme going through the correct form and focusing on time under tension. Starting with Thom was the best thing I could’ve done to achieve my fitness goals. Now I’m not required to see Thom face to face he has an app that tracks my body weight and the weight I’m lifting.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Thom for the last five weeks and I can say from experience that he is a really excellent personal trainer. I have an old pelvic injury and Thom has been able to tailor sessions to help support strengthening that area. Fantastic experience: Thom is one of the best individuals and personal coach ever. I have always been against PTs but from meeting Thom at first instance I knew he was different. He has supported me more than ever and pushed me to boundaries I never knew I could reach. I have had a lot of ups and downs with losing weight. Thom gave me the best advice and programme to ensure I lost weight in a safe way and never felt restricted. Thom taught me that it’s actually very easy to lose weight because you can still eat all the food you enjoy, but just in moderation. Thom has helped me lose over 20kg and is still my PT helping me to achieve my dream body for summer 2023 after I finish my university. Anyone who wants to achieve their dream body - Thom is your guy. I highly suggest him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Training with Thom was the catalyst for my fitness and wellbeing journey. He has taught me a number of things. The most important lesson he has taught me is that consistency and balance are key!
