Fantastic experience: This gym is incredibly welcoming and clean. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. They offer a great variety of machines, and unlike many other gyms, it doesn’t feel intimidating here. The owner is approachable and creates a comfortable atmosphere, making it a great place to spend a couple of hours training. If you prefer to focus on your workout, they respect your space, but if you have questions or need assistance, the staff is always available and eager to help. I would definitely recommend this gym! They also provide a breakdown of your fitness level and goals before you start, so you have a clear understanding of what you need to work on and achieve.

Negative experience: I had to leave due to losing my job, being diagnosed with serious health issues which meant I had to move back to another country to be with my family. Trying to cancel the membership was full of issues and false promises unfortunately. I was told the issue was due to stripe who take the money through your wellness app and did everything i was told to do but never got sorted. Many phone calls and emails have been ignored, when I finally did get call backs.I was apologised to and told it would be sorted, i was told that credit would be added to my account which i explained wasnt useful as i was no longer in the country to use it. On one call I was asked if I could remove my initial review on the promise it would be sorted which I did. I've been ignored ever since. I sent further emails and I even noticed I was blocked off their facebook recently which I don't understand because I have never commented on it. This has been going on since April of this year when I sent all my evidence in to cancel. At the beginning off this year I dealt with some major blows in life and I thought the gym owner was lovely, the gym really is stunning inside so I really never expected this. Be careful if things ever change in your life and you need to cancel though as unfortunately you won't ever get sorted from here. Please be weary.

Fantastic experience: Clean with a wide range of hi-tech equipment to meet the needs of all workout regimes. Staff possess a wide range of expertise and are always available to support you. Most importantly, it is a friendly and safe environment to work out in. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the absolute best gym in Leicester. The equipment is all top of the range and Louis always is happy to help. Always greeted with a friendly smile when we come in. Such a welcoming environment to work out in. Cannot recommend this gym enough.

Uncompromised quality of equipment in an upscale setting Louis the owner takes pride in the facilities and you can see this through the superb level of upkeep of the top end equipment available Can actually work out at my pace without compromising my workout waiting for equipment to be free

Fantastic experience: This place looks real good not busy which is better than having to wait to use gym equipment. Got to big up Louis as he has put a lot of effort into his own place risky business but I think he will make it work. Im not a member but that's because I have a injury at present but once I'm sorted im thinking of joining her as I like the quiet vibe and itsvwalking distance from home! Nice place defo recommend and goodbfacilities.

Fantastic experience: Perfect for anyone looking for more than just a gym! Hamiltons Honour is more like a boutique health and fitness studio. I love the fact you get regular health checks, there is no monthly contract and best of all they have Excite Live - A seven-piece cardio range which has revolutionised training. The studio is spacious and kited out with the most up to date equipment. I would happily recommend Hamiltons Honour to anyone looking to work out in a relaxed environment away from the hustle and bustle of the everyday gym.
