Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: My 6 year old little boys trains at TFT and has done for 18 months! He loves it it’s such a friendly gym, he does 3 classes a week and a 1-1 he has come on so much in this space of time! Such a fun interesting sport to get your child into!

Fantastic experience: Myself and my friend started the ladies Kickboxing class. Its fair to say we were nervous to go as its something very new to us but wanted to try it. We were welcomed in soon as we got there by Katrina and the ladies in the class. Its a great environment even if your going on your own. Super group of women and sense of community. Would definitely recommend.

All training from TFT, suitable for everyone, all abilities. Wouldnt train anywhere else for mma. Everyone there is always welcoming, it's like a family
