Fantastic experience: Absolutely excellent! I would have liked to have done both nutrition and fitness, but due to work and time constraints, I just did the nutrition. Debbie is so lovely and reassuring, she talked me through the scan and then the nutrition plan. I've never eaten so much! I'd definitely recommend going to see Debbie if you are a woman in peri menopause or menopause. I have clearer, less puffy skin. I'm not craving sugar, I'm never hungry........in fact some days I wonder if I'm going to be able to eat it all. Debbie is so supportive and will help you with anything you're struggling with, she really wants you to succeed ✨️ Loads of information, a very supportive Facebook group, loads of recipes and tips for batch cooking. I've never been on a diet and always ate 'healthy' food, but in the last couple of years I haven't eaten well and tended to graze all day and started to feel and look s#*t. Now I'm really enjoying food again and feel tons better, even my sleep has improved. Best thing I've ever done, thanks Debbie, you're worth your weight in gold

Fantastic experience: Lisa and Jill are amazing coaches, always spur you on to achieve your best. Even though it group workouts, its like having 1-1 PT. Deb provides you with all the tools and support you need for a cleaner healthy lifestyle. Even after just 2 weeks Fitness classes and 1st week of Nutrition plan, I can see and feel a difference. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of changing their lifestyle. It's never too late and no matter what your Fitness level, it's never too late. I was very nervous of starting ( even though I've known Lisa all my life), everyone who attends the classes is supportive. I'm loving it. Thanks Guys.
Fantastic experience: Life changing. I've done diets before, I've done programmes before, but they focus on losing weight and on calorie deficit. It always worked for a little bit, then I'll get bored and eventually go back to old habits. This was different from the off. Perosnalised information about my body type, bone structure, muscle mass, nutrient deficiencies, fat types etc. Then a personalised diet based on all of the above that helps my body get healthy. I've been able to eat more (of the right food for me) under Deb's plan. I'm more educated than ever before about what is right for my body and why. The plan has changed my relationship with food forever. I've lost weight, but my bones are also stronger, my arteries have less cholesterol clogging them up, I have more energy, my skin is clearer, I don't get as many headaches or stomach aches. Love it! Best money I've ever spent. Everyone in Hartlepool should do it.
