Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Imran- I bought my 80 year old mother to see Imran, as she was complaining of constant left knee pain: she was unable to bend it well, found it difficult to get into the car, and generally it frustrated her a lot (since she’s very active and social!) Imran did an ultrasound and a very thorough examination, and uncovered the issue! A Cingal injection was injected into her knee, and literally within 2 days my mum was feeling the benefits- much easy movement, and has been on several holidays and has been able to walk more than she was able to before. Highly recommend the clinic, Imran and the injection!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Jackie at Physiocare for 5 sessions so far. I went with crippling back pain, which I thought I would have to learn to live with. Instead, Jackie has worked with me each week to ease my pain. Each week I describe my progress at home, and her treatment is responsive to my comments rather than generic. She is kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. She has helped me to make adjustments so that I can stay pain free and live normally. I'm so grateful.

Fantastic experience: My Husband Alan, went to Physiocare today, he had a Ultra sound, Cortisone & Steriod injection on his knee, he was very impressed with the service he received, also the advice and explanation he was given, he felt very relaxed with the procedure, he was so impressed he suggested that have a similar procedure done on my hands.

Fantastic experience: I saw Imran as I had been suffering for several months with a painful wrist. Imran booked me in quickly and scanned the wrist, finding some swelling in the joint. Two days later i returned for a steroid injection and a fortnight later it is feeling much improved. Thanks Imran and team!

From speaking on the phone with Imran, booking an appointment, having the scan and receiving the report soon after, I found the service to be excellent. Dr Boobala Subramanian was friendly, thorough in his examination, patient and clearly explained the results of the ultrasound scan followed by a recommended course of action. I would highly recommend and gladly return again.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care from Lydia helping me rehab from an injury and get back to where I was and beyond in my sporting targets. Most importantly, she listened to understand the context behind the injury, and translated that into a rehab programme that would work for me as an individual. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had been in severe pain and unable to walk since Christmas with my osteoarthritis. This was affecting me mentally as well as physically. I found I could not wait to be seen by the NHS which was taking months even to be triaged, so I found Dr Khan online. He managed to fit me in within two days. The price was reasonable compared with other private clinics. He and his colleague drained the fluid from my knee and gave me a steroid injection guided by ultrasound. The next day I was able to walk again and had no pain. I feel as if I have been given my life back again, thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have just read all the glowing reviews for Imran. I cannot really add any better praise than has already been given in these reviews. However, here is my little bit . Firstly, Suzanne made me feel instantly welcome over the phone and in person and went out of her way to get me an earlier appointment as my pain was very strong. She also is very warm,funny, polite, with a great smile annd accommodating . I also found the other ladies at the front desk very kind and helpful.To me this is important as I was made to feel at home.Of course, on meeting Imran with his wonderful bedside manners, calm and polite, professional demeanour I felt instantly that he would be able to help me.He did! I have had two cortisone injections into my damaged shoulder and after two weeks I felt so much better for it and it feels like it is getting better every day. Then I needed another one into my inflamed and aching SI Joint. Imran, as previously, was his usual, reassuring ,competent and very skillful self. I was expecting for the injection to hurt. However, to my delight, the man was gentle and so careful that I did barely feel a thing and could not believe when it was over.As it only happened yesterday I can say that already I feel slightly better and move with a little bit more ease and it feels amazing. I can recommend Physiocare Body Management very highly and expecially the wonderful Imran and his way with a needle! Thank you .

Fantastic experience: I needed a cortisone injection in my shoulder. Imran first undertook a thorough physical and ultrasound investigation of shoulder, identified more damage than I was expecting, recommended the injection which he complotted and discussed future steps. Excellent treatment and very fast reporting that outlined findings, Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Excellent advice & care. I've suffered from a bad knee (severe OA) for many years which flared up & became more painful than usual in Dec. With barely a few days to go before Christmas I found this practice in Twyford were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment, provided excellent advice over the phone prior to my appointment & on the day Imran treated my knee with a 'Cingal' injection (combined steroid & HA). Not only was the injection painless, but Imran also drained almost 200m of fluid from the knee joint. The pain was almost instantly significantly better but my walking after a couple of days also much improved & the knee less swollen & more mobile. Whilst it's still 'early days', based on the results so far I would have no hesitation in recommending Imran to anyone else with similar 'knee problems.

Fantastic experience: I sought help from Lydia recently regarding a problem with my foot. She explained what the issue was and treated it, followed up with exercises to try at home. The outcome is that the problem has now been sorted. She is an excellent physio and the service from all at Physiocare is always great. .

Fantastic experience: I arranged for a cortisone injection on my knee. The service and care throughout was excellent and the treatment (scan, aspiration and injection) was carried out expertly. The treatment worked. Very pleased.

Fantastic experience: I was assessed by Boo for a painful knee joint, with stiff and limited movement. He confirmed that it is Osteoarthritis, with damage to the cartilage, associated ‘water on the knee’ and a Baker’s cyst. Boo provided a number of initial exercises to follow, drained the fluid and provided a steroid injection to reduce any inflammation. My knee was much improved after this treatment and I now how full freedom of movement and little pain. In follow-up treatment Boo expanded the exercises and also administered an Ostenil injection, which has permitted me to increase my exercise regime. I am not back to my 5K runs yet but will be undertaking more treatment with Boo with the goal of hitting the roads again.

Fantastic experience: I have received scans and cortisone injections from Mr Imran Ul Haq at Physiocare Twyford on my left shoulder and, more recently, my left ankle. I suffer from Osteo-arthritis. On both occasions the treatment I received has been effective and the care and advice exemplary. I have no hesitation in recommending Physiocare at their Berkshire premises.

Fantastic experience: I've been meaning to leave a review for a while. I struggled a lot with severe lower back pain from a badly prolapsed disc after a fall. At the time I questioned if I'd ever get back to full mobility and get out running and cycling again. However with excellent physio & guidance from both Jacqui and Lizzie, I managed to get back to normal without any surgery, despite this being suggested by my consultant. It's now been almost a year since I've visited Physiocare and my back feels strong! I can't recommend them enough, my only advice is that you need to be persistent and patient to turn things around. Fantastic experience: I had an extremely painful knee,unable to walk or sleep, or perform any tasks. I attented the clinic, and cannot praise the treatment I had enough, it is the day after the treatment today, and 90% od the pain is gone and I slept for the first time in weeks last night Olivia

Fantastic experience: I've been unable to do any running over half marathon distance due to persistent hip pain developing. Due to this pain I struggled hugely training at greater distances. Having arranged an appointment with Physiocare I was given ultrascans on my knees and hips, and shown my problem was bursitis. I had two cortisone injections and nearly two weeks later completed my first marathon without pain.

Fantastic experience: I had a ultra sound guided injection with Imran. The service was really smooth and well managed. The treatment was really effective and had has cleared up the pain I was experiencing before the treatment. Will definitely visit physiocare again, should the need arise.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Physiocare with a painful left knee. Imran listened carefully and read through my consultant's analysis of the problem. We looked at the knee on ultrasound and I chose a hylauron plus cortisol injection. Imran explained well how this would help my knee. 4 weeks on I have little discomfort and can now walk properly. It's wonderful. I thoroughly recommend Imran and this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I came to Physiocare on the recommendation of my Orthopaedic Surgeon following an operation to remove 2 discs in my neck which had been pressing on my spinal cord. Due to the pressure by the discs, I was left with permanent neurological damage & impaired movement & balance. Imran showed great knowledge & professionalism in helping me to adapt to my condition but also to improve the quality of movement in my legs & balance. He also helped me work on core strength & general fitness. In all his work, he showed great compassion & was of great assistance in helping me accept & adapt mentally to the new norm - his friendly understanding was a big factor in getting me through a difficult time. Fantastic experience: I had a shoulder injury, couldn’t lift my arm without horrible pain when I came to this clinic. It’s been two weeks now after the steroid injection now and my shoulder doesn’t bother me at all, the mobility has fully come back. Great service, great doctors, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Having been diagnosed with stage 3 osteoarthritis in my knee, I was told I needed a full knee replacement. However, Imran at Physiocare suggested Arthrosamid injection therapy. The result has been life changing and the pain has dramatically reduced. I would totally recommend Physiocare and this type of treatment for knee osteoarthritis.

Fantastic experience: After going to the GP for a steroid injection , that was honestly a waste of time . I came to see Imran , he explained everything I needed to know about my problem. After the injection I feel so much better than I have done in a long while . If I have any other issues I will definitely go back to Imran . An highly recommend PysioCare .

Fantastic experience: I injured my knee when hiking and despite physiotherapy and exercises I suffered serious pain and swelling in the knee for 6 weeks. Mr Boobala Subramainian then performed an ultrasound scan and diagnosed a Baker’s cyst which had ruptured. He gave me a cortisone injection in the knee and the pain ceased almost immediately. I have remained pain free and at a review 2 weeks after the injection the cyst and swelling had largely disappeared. I am very grateful to Boobala for his excellent diagnosis and treatment.

Fantastic experience: Suffering from OA in my hip, I sought advice from Imran. He recommended a repeat steroid injection. As a nervous patient, and having had a very painful previous injection on the NHS, Imran was so patient and understanding. This injection was much less painful, and so far, the signs are that it will be helpful as I had instant relief from the local anaesthetic. I can highly recommend Imran for his professionalism, knowledge and care. I shan’t hesitate to return when necessary.

Fantastic experience: I had a knees pain and couldn’t move my legs without pain when I came to Physiocare clinic. Now after the hyaluronic acid injections my knees doesn’t bother me and the mobility has fully come to normal. Certainly I will come back when I will need. Fantastic experience: I had an Ultrasound guided Steroid/cortisone injection today administered by Imran. The ultrasound to identify the problem was detailed and the whole procedure was carried out professionally. Initial results are good, so far. I was particularly impressed by Imran's thoroughness and his warm and professional manner.

Fantastic experience: I attended Physiocare last week for treatment to my knees, which were giving me pain and discomfort. I was attended by Imran who drained fluid from one knee and administered a cortisone injection in both knees. He carried out the procedure with care, precision and professionalism. Fantastic experience: The treatment I received was first class. My knees had been in severe pain for a number of years. I had received a number of injections from my GP these injections was just directly in to the fleshy part of the knee. The Treatment I received from Physiocare Body Management was amazing. With the scanning equipment used he was able to get the injection in to the Exact problem area. Where it needed to be. The effects of the treatment was noticeable immediately. And over the next week to 10 days got even better. Now I have no pain at all and I’m back in The Gym doing the appropriate training and exercises suggested by Physiocare. Now I’m able to continue the exercises needed to help my condition. Im so happy to be a patient. And will definitely go again if I need any more treatment for this or any other similar condition.

Fantastic experience: I attended Physiocare two weeks ago for an injection to my knee, having been in progressive pain for about five years with oestoarthritis. I was treated by Imran who administered the ultrasound guided cortisone injection. He was very professional, talking me through each step and the actual injection was not as painful as my fear of it. The result has been amazing, I am free from pain and discomfort. I have no hesitation in recommending the treatment and centre. I will definitely return if needed.

I chose to see Physiocare after a sports injury to my back, within the first session my physio was able to diagnose the issue and began treatment. Fantastic experience: There are no adequate words to describe the professional expertise and care of the team here.I first came here about 10 years ago,with severe and debilitating lower back issues,which were brilliantly addressed and resolved by Elizabeth,enabling me to continue my work as a professional musician. Since then I have had other complex skeletal issues,involving my neck,hips and elbows. I have recently been in the care of Imran for those,and again,there can be nothing but praise for his great skill,knowledge and kindness. In addition,he is an expert at dry needling,a form of acupuncture to relieve ,in particular,nerve pain. This is a practice of the very highest order!

Fantastic experience: Imran was superb. He diagnosed what was wrong, was able to produce immediate relief for the pain I was in and gave me some homework exercises to continue the recovery. I was really impressed with the whole process, from being available on a Sunday for a webchat, to a booking early Monday (with email confirmation) and signs of improvement within a few hours. Should I need physio again I will return.

Fantastic experience: I saw Imran, from the first review all the way through to the end he was always friendly helpful, not only this we had a great conversation whilst he was working on my damaged shoulder. Amazing interpersonal skills and an ability to put me at ease, when I first saw him my left shoulder was so painful I wasn’t able to lift it un supported, it was affecting ever day live, now it’s completely different, I would say 99% mobility back. On my last visit Imran gave me some personalised exercises to finally get my shoulder back to 100% mobility. I’m not entirely sure I thanked him at the end, so please accept my eternal thanks for all the work and support over the last three months.

Diagnosed problem, applied massage and also recommending tailored exercises. So pleased I went along at an early stage, ensuring that my knee recovered quickly. Would recommend using Physiocare.

Fantastic experience: Been suffering with my knee for about 8 weeks. Could not get up without hobbling and feeling very insecure. Imran suggested a mixed Injection. The very night of the injection I could get up the stairs with no difficulty. I know it takes time to build in your system but I can only hope it’s going to get even better. Miracle.

Fantastic experience: I consulted Imran for severe arthritic pain in my knee, the physiotherapy helped enormously but was not enough relief and eventually I had an injection treatment . My walking has improved significantly and along with still doing recommended exercises my knee is almost pain free. Imran is patient and kind and I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from pain and limitation in my shoulder. My GP said pain is coming from neck and referred to neurologist who organised MRI scan of neck. In the meantime saw Imran who diagnosed it Frozen shoulder and wrote to Gp for steroid injection. I got injection under NHS and my shoulder is a lot better. My MRI scan was reported normal. I cannot thank Imran enough to explain about condition and correct diagnosis.

He was very thorough with assessment and explained findings. He taped my wrist and taught me how to tape at home. He gave me exercises and gave advice on how to avoid these injuries. Fantastic experience: I came to Imran at Physiocare Twyford with a chronic issue (standard dodgy back), and was most impressed with the helpful, professional and reassuring support that I received. Imran not only figured out what was likely going on and offered exercises to strengthen and improve, but he also took the time to explain the underlying issue simply and helped me to understand how to deal with it going forward. Fantastic experience: A quick turnaround to get an appointment and fantastic, professional treatment from Imran helped me get my running shoes back on in next to no time. Imran also provided some tips to build up my strength to prevent further injury. I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: My partner had a great experience with Lizzie at Physiocare, and recommended I see her about the persistent pain and lack of mobility in my lower back. After the initial diagnosis we implemented a careful and gradual regimen of remediation exercises - starting with relaxation and mobility drills, before moving onto targeted strength moves as the pain began to diminish. During my time working with Lizzie I've gone from struggling with basic things such as sleep, driving, and putting on socks to being back in the gym, rowing and sailing. It's great to have my life back, thank you.

Fantastic experience: Recently completed four sessions over 5-week period with Imran Ul-Haq. Initial problem was diagnosed as a strained medial collateral ligament in my knee. Imran prescribed a series of exercises over the 5-week period which aided the rehabilitation process. He also identified improvements in my running and strength training which would help prevent a repeat injury and build up the muscle groups around my knees for the future. His massage techniques were first class and helped alleviate the swelling, soreness and improve knee mobility. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Imran has been seeing my husband Simon for the last 6 months helping to resolve an issue with his Achilles Tendon. Simon had suffered increasing pain for a few years which stopped him running and even became uncomfortable to walk. Fantastic experience: Been training for London marathon and starting to pick up niggles in my thigh and came across this practice when I saw they work with runners. Great to get on a treadmill and have some analysis of my gait. I just wish I had someone review my form far earlier. Been running for years and the adjustments Imran has helped me with has made a huge difference especially re injuries. Working on my cadence has already resulted in reducing my overstriding and am running injury free which delighted with just wish I knew this sooner. Fantastic experience: I would like to give a massive thanks to Imran who gave both my elderly parents the exercises they required following a car collision accident. Both suffered minor injuries to the shoulder and back. This included slight whiplash. Imran's approach to my parents care was sensitive but he managed to put together an exercise plan to help improve their mobility and strength. Fantastic experience: Sciatica problem. Treated by Imran. What a great chap. Very gentle manner and very knowledgeable. As well as treating the problem very well he took time to explain what was going on both in the treatment and in what was happening to my body.
