Fantastic experience: The best CrossFit gym hands down! Sessions are always different, keeping things fresh and challenging for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Personalized workouts during pregnancy, postpartum, and even with injuries, 5 years later and I still love the place and hitting gym goals I didnt think I would thanks to all the amazing coaches! Could not recommend the Semp community gym enough to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: Hidden Gem in Birkenhead North. I was looking for a CrossFit box to drop in on whilst I was home visiting family and thankfully came across CrossFit Sempiternal. I attended 3 sessions and was made welcome by the coaches and everyone immediately. The coaches were awesome, approachable and the programming was excellent. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to get fit at a fun and welcoming gym. I would definitely join if I was hanging around!

Fantastic experience: Really fantastic box to train, coaches, coaching an Sempiternal members are first class and always have gone above an beyond to help me. They have a real community spirit and pride them self on developing this on every attendance and tough workout, as no one gets left behind.
