Fantastic experience: I have been training with Rob since April 2023. Working with Rob I have seen significant improvements in my general health and well being ; on top of that Robb has been able to help me to improve my core balance and stability; something i have always struggled with. The sessions are well planned and tailored to your individual needs. I would highly recommend Robb for anyone looking for a Healthy start to 2024 and beyond.

Fantastic experience: Robb (with 2 B’s!) is quite simply unbelievable in every aspect of personal training. From the very start he made me feel at ease even with my lack of know how or technique! His knowledge on diet/nutrition just tops it all off for me. Awful jokes but everyone had their bad points!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Robb in his well equipped cabin in Lightwater for over 2 years now. He's a fantastic trainer who has helped me to smash my fitness goals. He's challenged my opinions on strength and weight training so I'm the strongest I've ever been. He's a great coach to ensure my form is on point and to avoid any injuries. Comes highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great personal trainer I had an online plan last year because I was pregnant and needed more advice and safe exercise to do. The online plan was fantastic and I wasn’t questioning if the exercise were safe as rob had done me a personal plan to my needs and fitness level. I will be getting more plans for the next baby as it kept me fit and in great spirits the hole pregnancy thank you Definitely recommend any women who are scared to train while pregnant
Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Robb to anyone who is looking to lose weight, tone up or work towards a new healthy lifestyle. He is motivating, knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, and keeps sessions fun! However, when he says ‘only 5 more left’, don’t believe him!!!
Fantastic experience: Never fail to enjoy a PT session with Rob at his own fully equipped private gym. Each workout is different, I undertake exercises I never knew existed and my 'I can't do that' turn into 'yes you can' and it seems I can and I come away feeling positive and energised.
Fantastic experience: I've had PT with Robb on and off over the past few years and I can honestly say he's brilliant. Each session is different so it never gets 'samey'. He really knows his stuff too, so you get a really good tailored workout, progress towards your goals and he pushes you to achieve just that little bit more. Much more motivational than working out on your own. Robb is flexible with location and time, I've had sessions in the garden, in a local park and in a gym setting. He's friendly, enthusiastic and full of energy, just watch out for the 'Dad' jokes
Fantastic experience: I have always loved Robb’s training sessions and classes. He always put much time and effort into planning exercises to keep us all stretched and happy - there was a wide range of abilities and numbers from session to session so it was key to plan well! Robb really cared about all of our progress and wanted to push and help wherever possible to get the best out of us! Would 100% recommend for classes or PT!
Fantastic experience: Robb definitely reminds me of my ex PT coach from Oman. Always pushing me to do what I think I am not capable of!! He comes up with the best fun workouts and every session is different. Robb does know what is best for each body type - if you are not feeling too strong or unwell, he just modifies the workout accordingly. Not to miss, that you also get welcomed by his lovely assistant 'The cutest dog' :) I would highly recommend Robb.
Fantastic experience: Robb ran our group sessions at work. Each lunchtime we'd have a different discipline from HIIT and functional fitness to dedicated abs classes. I'm in my 50s and have been active and sporting all me life, but can honestly say I was the fittest and strongest I've even been following Robb's classes. If you want someone to pander to your ego though, don't call him. He supports, encourages and pushes those people that what to take control of, and improve their health and fitness. On a personal level Robb supported and encouraged me during recovery from injury. Helping set some goals and targets to work towards - I based mine on reducing my body fat % - so that recovery was planned, safe and achievable. Robb is a good guy to talk with about fitness goals and a great trainer. His knowledge of strength and fitness training is considerable but it's also founded on experience. Ask him about Turkish Get Ups then watch the video of him performing one ... with a very specific equipment choice.
Fantastic experience: I have been training with Robb for nearly a year and a half now and he has really helped me get into shape, recently training me through my third pregnancy. I’m currently 38 weeks and still enjoying my Weekly training sessions that he has adapted to suit my needs. He adapts sessions each week which makes working out more enjoyable. Would highly recommend booking your PT sessions with him!
Fantastic experience: Robb is an amazing PT. I found him through FB and he responded to my query on the same day! We set up the session the following week. The gym set-up is very good, as all the needed equipment is there. He has helped me get stronger through our sessions. He is there to help outside our PT sessions as well and has sent videos on how to improve my form / how to stretch better.
Fantastic experience: I have been training twice a week with Robb since 2017 and I can honestly say no 2 sessions are ever the same. I have to admit that I was very nervous when we met - I was about to start training with someone half my age! Would we have anything in common! Miraculously I struck gold and we have never looked back. We switched to virtual sessions during lockdown and I was amazed at Robb's ingenuity of exercise without all the equipment! Robb is a fantastic trainer - he builds confidence and belief. Excellent motivator - I trust him totally. He knows exactly how far and how hard to push. His training sessions are challenging whole body workouts. Not only am I much stronger but my swimming, bike riding and running strength has also improved massively.
Fantastic experience: Robb is a great PT, he works hard to push you towards your goals while being encouraging and making you comfortable. I had an issue with my back during our training and Robb took the time to research a suitable rehabilitation program to help bring me back to fitness. His facilities are great and he can help everyone from beginners to the super fit, would highly recommend
Fantastic experience: I loved Robb's classes, his mix of motivation and entertainment meant I worked hard but had a great time doing so. Robb was also super knowledgeable and supportive of any fitness goals I had, and for injury rehab exercise suggestions. Would definitely recommend!
Fantastic experience: I came across Robb through a client of his, he came highly recommended, my previous training was becoming very samely and i wanted to switch it up.. I haven't looked back and can honestly say its the best training I have done and my results have really shown through.. Fantastic experience: Robb is an excellent PT. He manages to keep every sessions different and interesting, but with enough similarity that it feels familiar. Robb is also adept at modifying the session as needed when I am feeling strong, or when injured and we need to adapt the exercises accordingly. Money very well spent in my book.
Fantastic experience: After debating whether to invest in another gym membership (which I’ll never use) or a PT which I thought I might use a couple of times, I’m so glad I did the latter and now it’s a year and a half later. I feel like I’ve been on a journey with Robb. I’m a mum of two young boys and having never really had the chance to concentrate on getting myself to a good place fitness wise nor did I really understand the importance of it. It seemed like more of a luxury than necessity. I was slim but not fit. Robb has fitted our sessions in around kids (and sometimes with kids), leaving less room to give up or find an excuse. Approaching 40, I feel the best I’ve ever felt. Strong, happy and healthy. The sessions are always different, but using equipment I am now familiar with. He utilises trees, trampolines, steps in your home which you can do yourself on your non-PT days. I now workout with my friend so it’s even more fun. In between Robb encouraging us to multi-task (move whilst talking :-)) there’s plenty of banter as well as educating us on posture and technique. It can be daunting booking a session with PT but you won’t regret it.
