Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this fitness studio enough! The instructor is highly professional, motivating, and truly knows how to push you to achieve your best. If you’re ready to sweat, challenge yourself, and push your limits, this is the perfect place for you. The workouts are intense but incredibly rewarding. Fantastic experience: Chris is the best of the best. He pushes you to limits you wouldn't believe you could achieve. The studio is gorgous with loads of motivating affirmations. The class is hardcore but Chris makes it fun and the results are incredible.
Fantastic experience: F.I.T.T Studio is a centre of elite fitness and training. I’ve trained with head coach Christian for over 6 months and honestly feel like I’ve reduced my physical age significantly during this time. From fixing chronic joint and pain issues, to increasing strength, speed and stamina - my time at F.I.T.T Studio has truly been a revelation. I would encourage anyone with a serious desire to change their athletic or physical health to give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.
Fantastic experience: Chris is energetic and keeps me motivated. He challenges me to work harder and up my weights but also listens when I say something is too heavy or difficult so I don’t injure myself. We are doing a combination of cardio workouts and boxing and I like the variety and after a long day at work doing a workout session which is fun and keeps me engaged helps me to keep coming back.

Fantastic experience: First & foremost, a Big Thank You to you Chris. Chris is not only a fantastic Personal Trainer, as He is also an amazing Human being. Due to personal reasons I have only worked with him for a month, and even with only one session a week, I've seen my strength build up week by week. The training sessions have all been tailored to build strength where I was lacking, and he always made me believe I could & Can do It. Sessions were full of laughter [ as my way to deal with the fact I always left the sessions knackered]. He sends you follow up messages to help you keep track on healthy eating, hydration, etc. Literally, Chris builds you up, your strength, your mental health, your confidence. I can assure you that I have left/finished the sessions feeling tired :), but also more powerful and with no doubt I was stronger. It was an honour to meet such an awesome human being. Ruby

Fantastic experience: After years and years of trying to do it myself at the gym and getting nowhere, I finally decided to get a PT. I was really nervous about it. I thought I’d try it for a month or two. About 6 months later, I’m still going 3 times a week and absolutely love it. Chris has been able to motivate, guide me and keep me accountable,not just while training within sessions but also in regards to nutrition and lifestyle eg. sleep and hydration. I can not believe the things my body is now able to do and how Chris has gradually built up my strength and conditioning, always finding little wins along the way. Fantastic experience: My brother introduced me to Xtreme Health and I’m glad he did. Training with Chris has built my confidence in strengthening my body as a whole. Whilst with him, my muscles have increased, however it doesn’t stop there: Chris knows about fitness beyond the weights and cardio. He’s helped me understand the dietary and resting needs required for me to grow as an athlete. I’ve seen swift improvements, just with one session a week! I also don’t feel nervous entering a gym anymore. So, If you want to develop but don’t know where to start, Chris and Xtreme Health will train you as an individual: for your unique body and your unique goal.
Fantastic experience: I’ve worked with a number of personal trainers but Chris, by far, has been most successful at delivering results and keeping me motivated. I have two children and work full time so often find it hard to squeeze in meaningful workouts to my week but Chris makes it his point to encourage me to find hidden time to maximise results (in addition to our own sessions). Fantastic experience: Chris is a great PT. He has supported me to improve all aspects of my fitness through a tailored workout plan that has helped me massivley improve my endurance and double my max deadlift in a matter of weeks.
Fantastic experience: Not only is Chris a great trainer, he is a great coach. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you are reaching your goals. He ends up becoming a great friend too. Chris would check in with me daily to make sure my nutrition was on point and to remind me to take control. I trained with him for 6 weeks (was only visiting London) and by the end of the 6 weeks I was physically and mentally stronger. I can’t wait to come back to London to be able to train with him again. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Chris enough. He is very motivational, keeps me focused and always a message away when in need of his knowledge on health. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Chris since summer 2019. He managed to keep me motivated during the pandemic but has really excelled since we’ve been back in the gym. He keeps the sessions varied so that it is a different work out each week, yet I can see the progress I’m making with the different exercises. He made sure I got into my wedding dress with room to spare! Over the past few weeks I have definitely noticed the improvement in my strength and fitness. Fantastic experience: One thing Chris knows how to do is build a strong body. I’ve been working with him for just over 7 months now and it’s been fantastic. I’ve had quite a few trainers over the years but none as good as he. Very motivated, passionate and driven to get you to your desired outcome, he knows when to push you out of the comfort zone and when to dial it back. The workouts are always structured and it’s clear he knows what he’s talking about. Aside from being amazing at his job, he’s also just a lovely guy who cares and is passionate about well-being and balanced living. Before you realise, you’ll start liking exercises you used to hate, that’s when you know you’re hooked!

Fantastic experience: I started looking for a personal trainer to help me build back strength in my legs due to a running injury. I also needed more generic guidance and advice on building muscle and finding the right exercises to help me tone the rest of my body. I reached out to Chris, through the initial meeting stage till Today Chris has remained extremely professional, but more importantly interpersonal. I was extremely anxious to start this Fitness journey, and to meet with Chris as I was completely out of my comfort zone. However, Chris is very humble, reinsuring and doesn't make you feel silly for being a beginner. After a month of training with Chris, 1/2 sessions a week, I have already seen significant differences in my muscle growth, I have restrengthened the damage in my leg, and I am finally running after 1month off!! I’ve also seen more generalised improvements in my posture, flexibility, endurance as well as having more fulfilled and productive weeks. I did not expect to see such improvements after a month- thank you Chris! Outside of the sessions, Chris often sent me nutritional advice, or articles relating to food. Chris also checked up on my well-being and encouraged me to stretch and keep active, so my muscles recovered faster. I now have the confidence to construct my own workouts in the gym without feeling clueless. I would highly recommend Chris- he has kept me motivated all the way and always pushed me to achieve more.

Fantastic experience: Chris has been a fantastic personal trainer from the start. He really took the time to understand what was important to me and what I wanted to work on. As the weeks passed, he noticed what part of my body were the weakest and adapted the training routine. I had a bad shoulder for years and within weeks I felt so much better. Fantastic experience: Chris is a great trainer! Good variety of exercises in his workouts, building up from the basics to bar work over time. I’m a regular at one of Chris’s classes, along with my husband, and Chris will always scale and adjust our circuits to suit each of us/our injuries. Would really recommend him as a personal trainer for men or women of any fitness level, plus if you’re somewhere with speakers then there’s always great music too!
