Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Nathan since the end of February this year. I really enjoy every single session and feel that I’m being pushed to improve without worrying that I might incur an injury. I’m not one of his youngest clients and my programme is tailor made to take account of this as well as any physical quirks I might have. I’ve noticed a massive improvement in my strength and in my confidence about my physical abilities. Nathan’s knowledge is far reaching so he has also been able to advise me on diet and supplements to help me maintain my fitness. I would recommend him to anybody who wants to improve their health and physical wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: This gym offers excellent private sessions with attentive trainers who carefully design individual programs and prioritize client feedback. They also know a lot about rehabilitation training, and I've got a very positive results with my knees issue and overall physical state over relatively short period of time. Highly recommended for personalized fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Nathan has been my trainer for more than 7 years and I literally can’t imagine life without him. He has totally changed the way I look at food and exercise and as a consequence I have maintained an an average weight loss of 10kg for several years. I am very proud of the level of strength and fitness I have achieved and with his bespoke programmes I continue to get stronger. Quite pleased to say that I am a member of the 100kg RDL club! (Not every week but I’ve been there..!) My training programme accommodates all the idiosyncrasies of a middle-aged body and Nathan is able to create adapted and alternative set ups so that training is not disrupted. He is also incredibly flexible and schedules me in to fit around my slightly atypical job; sometimes changing sessions at very short notice. Overall I now have a very good relationship with food and no longer see it as the enemy. I move better, sleep better and breathe better and if I go a week without training I really miss it. I think he’s going to be stuck with me for a long time …

Fantastic experience: I had bowel cancer last year and now have a permanent stoma. Although I have practiced yoga in the past my ability or confidence to trust my body and try to gain some of the muscle I had lost was just not there. Fantastic experience: Nathan is totally invested in your journey and goals. His workouts, approaches and all advice is individualized and practical. His PT sessions are challenging but enjoyable. His gym and home workouts are well structured to get the most out of your time. He always takes the time to discuss and explain the process. I have loved the 8 week challenge he has put together for his clients, bringing us together as a group He goes to a lot of effort for all of us. What means a lot to me is his belief in me when I am typically hard on myself :-) Nathan is a rare gem in this industry.
Fantastic experience: Paige has helped me through my pre and post natal journey back to fitness. It has been a long journey and Paige has always been supportive and informative. She has adapted all the excersises when I have needed them adapting and challenged and helped me push through when needed. A warm friendly personal trainer who I highly recommend.
