Fantastic experience: Stumbled upon this place while I was in town for work. Great spot. Very friendly and welcoming to an out of Towner and were glad to accept me as a temporary client for a week. Would encourage anyone to sign up and get stuck in. Lots of friendly encouragement from the staff too when you need a push during a workout
