Fantastic experience: Great club. Started after wanting to get back in shape and being a complete novice to kickboxing. High standard of teaching, friendly environment and great for people of all levels. With opportunity for those wanting to seriously train to a high standard, and those wanting to try a new hobby

Fantastic experience: Both I and my Daughter attend this club, It is a very friendly group with knowledgeable and professional instructors who encourage you to work hard but at your own pace (no beasting) Looking forward to a time when my health improves and i can start up again and seeing my daughters skills improve.

Fantastic experience: My 7 year old loves it tried a few in Newport and didn’t enjoy it. This was our final try and so glad we did great coaching all really friendly from the coaches, to the other parents in the club, great atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Started at AJ's 6 months ago as a bonding activity with the daughter, and it's been amazing , after every class you can't wait for the next , daughter was struggling with anxiety and her school attendance was really bad , and since starting this gym she hasn't missed a day of school ,staff and students are friendly and welcoming, wish we did it years ago .

Fantastic experience: Love this club! The club is very professional and well run. It has a really positive training environment which Is inclusive to all stages of ability. The trainers are excellent and very approachable. Thank you to you all for making my son's journey with you a really encouraging and positive one.

Fantastic experience: One of the best(and hardest) decisions I ever made, was walking through the doors of this gym! Having not done anything like this for a very long time, feeling completely out of my comfort zone and self confidence at an all time low...this place and the amazing coaches, (and the lifelong friends I have made) have changed everything! I've achieved things I never thought possible, with their constant support and expert guidance. My son also attends classes now, being very shy he needed a confidence boost too, and this has certainly done the trick. If you're wondering whether to give it a try, please do, you won't regret it! You won't find a friendlier, more welcoming environment, and you'll feel great too

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend AJs enough! My son was struggling with his confidence due to bullying….what a change there has been. The coaching staff are phenomenal. They not only teach and support him whilst he is there but they’re always a friendly ear if he feels he wants to speak with them. The family atmosphere is second to none. He is growing as a person and going from strength to strength. He has made friends for life. The facilities are fantastic! He loves it so much he now attends 4 times a week. To say he hasn’t even been with the club a year is surprising as it feels as he has always been there! If you want to get fit, meet people or whether you want to progress into the fight academy, all basis are covered with the fighter shadow programme or the fighter development programme! Why not give it a go? You never know you may come out of there having found a passion like my son has! Thank you Chris and co. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I Initially started 1-1s with Chris and became addicted to kickboxing. Classes are brilliant - trainers pay attention to you and are very encouraging. They complement hardwork and always continue to help improve your skillsets. A really nice environment where everyone gets along well & a great confidence builder. Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Great instructors who know there stuff and take the time to help you, very friendly atmosphere I am part on the adults Tuesday 7:45 group and it’s always a good crack and a good sweat and in my eyes that’s the best way to loose weight and hopefully the day never comes but to defend yourself. even if your 1% considering, I would jump two feet into this and you’ll never regret it, hope to see you soon ✌

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant club! My daughter was struggling with her confidence at school so I thought I would get her into a sport where she had to mingle with other children. She loves it!!! Looks forward to her weekly sessions and has made some friends. The coaching team have great personalities, they treat the children as equals and gain a lot of respect from their pupils and parents. If you are looking for a good club that put children first I recommend AJ's Kickboxing Academy.

Fantastic experience: This is a great kickboxing club, everyone is so friendly and welcoming and there is really good ratio of instructors to attendees who are always on hand to give you feedback to improve. I’ve tried kickboxing classes in the past and hated it because I’ve felt thrown in the deep end but here they really take the time to teach you the basics at the start. There is also an option of a ladies only class for anyone who would prefer that. If you’re thinking of joining then do it!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent kickboxing academy. Chris is very friendly and has a fantastic approach to kids. My kids love practicing there which helps them in so many aspects of their lives. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place for children and adults to learn a well established sport. Trainers are amazing and run great classes to help everyone to progress and reach their goals in achieving their belts. Healthy attitudes and good friendships gained. I travel from Cardiff for my son to be part of this great facility and environment. Highly recommended.
