Fantastic experience: I found James by searching for a local sports masseur that was convenient for me to get to as I’d been suffering significant neck and shoulder pain for a while that was just worsening. I’m so glad I chose him. I was nervous at our first meeting but he quickly put me at ease. He was friendly and very professional, showing himself to be very knowledgeable in his field. He conducted a thorough assessment of the problem and considered what the route cause could be, suggesting various preventative strategies. His massage was very successful in alleviating my pain and after our second appointment he went through some exercises to help me stretch and loosen up the problem area. I’ve seen him twice now and each time I’ve seen him I’m pain free for longer, he’s a miracle worker given where I started from. His massages are highly effective with quick results. The exercises he gave me are hugely helpful and the rooms are spotless, very clean, with attention paid to hygiene and sanitisation. I can’t recommend James enough.

Fantastic experience: I came to see James back at the beginning of December, I was experiencing some excruciating back pain which I realised was due to my new mattress. James was very professional and approachable. After going over all of my problems James suggested a full body massage. I've never had a proper massage before, and let me tell you if was definitely something I'd like to experience again! Nothing about it was painful, it was enjoyable and once it was over my whole body was like jelly. I'd highly recommend James to anyone who is looking at getting a massage, he definitely knows his stuff and even gave me some tips and stretches I can do at home to aid my recovery. Thank you James! After he had been working on these during massage, they felt much better. He also demonstrated several very useful exercises and stretches for the various muscles.

Then found massagehull and glad I did. The sports massage sorted the problem and I shown some stretches to help stop the problem returning.
