Fantastic experience: Great gym with all the free weights and, machines u need to train a split programme correctly, great for power and strength training, with Olympic bars, plates and a range of assisted squatting and press machines, highly recommend

The 24hr access is a massive perk. And really reasonably priced for drop in sessions. They are incredibly helpful and when I enquired about calling in I heard back straight away. Thanks so much! Fantastic experience: First time here tonight. I think this is going to be a great gym, great vibes the owners are just super kind friendly. 24/7 access and all the facilities you could need I reckon for beginners to pros. I wasn’t sure about the classes but actually they do sound intriguing.

Fantastic experience: I've never been to a gym in my life, so it was a bit daunting. Joseph was amazing as he re assured me about what happens there and about what to expect from myself and about the classes and equipment. I had my 1st class with Phil and I was helped and re assured all the way. I'm on the beginning of an exciting new stat to this next chapter in my life and I just want to fast forward the pages to see what happens next year but I've got to take this book one day at a time. Hi guys, 8 weeks later......8 weeks!!! I've lost 7kg = just over a stone in weight. I just can't believe it, I'm astonished! I've been on different diets for years and it did make some changes but my body just bounced back to where I started. I was convinced this was my life. I was getting stiffer and less energetic. The last 8 weeks has put a spring in my step and I've met new friends. Everyone is so friendly and everyone is on their own journey. Don't be afraid to start your new chapter in your life, if you want to change something in your life then there's no better place than Evolve Health and Fitness.

Fantastic experience: Tried this gym for the first time as my regular gym was closed for the evening. Was quite impressed with the facilities. Lots of good equipment. The back room could have been signposted better but found it eventually. Easy access and can play your own music. A little cold inside but to be expected at this time of year.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to workout all the members are very friendly, there is great equipment for novices to working out all the way up to the big boys the atmosphere is very welcoming which is good to someone who gets intimidate by gyms and can't forget about the owner Scott who is a great guy and is more then happy to help if you have an issue.

Fantastic experience: Been to 100's of gyms around the UK, and I've still never found a gym like this one, The atmosphere, Great staff, Welcoming and feels just like a second home to me, which is perfect for me, knowing I train in the evening and do cardio in the mornings, Equipment is great too some gear in the gym that even London gyms don't have. Really miss this place when I travel, wish I could take it and the members with me to UNI

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, I have been using this gym for the last few years and It’s been great staff at the gym have always been very welcoming and friendly that give great advice on workouts etc clients at the gym very friendly too. Equipments very good i would recommend this gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This is a brilliant Gym !!!! They have everything and there is no strict way to train just rock up and do what you want , there are also private lessons and classes available if you want them !!!. You can literally do anything from running on a treadmill to kettlebells and my personal favourite hitting the heavy bag after a stressful day at work !!! I always leave feeling positive and happy . I practice solo groundwork drills in the matted room to improve my martial arts ability and flexibility . The people that attend this gym have always been super friendly and non judgmental towards myself and my daughter and we really enjoy going there not only do we keep fit but we have fun ! The very reasonable prices and long opening hours leave no excuses to not train !!! I highly recommend this place ! Check it out .
