Powerhouse Performance Club Fleet Marston

Fantastic experience: I have tried different gyms in the past and as an older woman found them intimidating environments, powerhouse is so different. It is a friendly welcoming environment with small groups and fabulous instructors who actually get to know you. Following my 6 week trial I have become a member. I am feeling stronger, more confident and leave each session with a sense of achievement. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was offered a 2-week free trial, kindly gifted by a friend who is already a member, and am so glad I took her up on the offer. Have now joined and love the atmosphere at this gym. Nothing intimidating about it, especially for woman of a certain age who might avoid gyms otherwise..... Small groups of really friendly members and a great coaching team who are there to support you throughout each session. I actually look forward to going to the gym!!

Fantastic experience: I am just completing my 6 week trial and about to sign up for membership. This is the best thing I could have done for myself. Having retired at 60 I was worried that I would be out of place but everyone makes you feel welcome and not at all stupid when you are not sure what you are doing. I love the small group PT as it is structured and you are not left to work out what to do next. The coaches make adjustments for any injuries whilst encouraging you with positive and constructive feedback. 6 weeks in, I feel healthier and fitter than I have in a long time. I would totally recommend it to all.

Fantastic experience: The team at Powerhouse have been really motivating and welcoming, as have the other members. The coaches’ knowledge and experience is so clear in the way they approach the small group sessions and I’ve seen amazing progress even in a short time. The coaches really take time to support each member as an individual based on where they’re at in their fitness journey. There’s a really positive feel to the sessions and I’ll definitely be sticking around for a while!

Fantastic experience: I started on a 6 week trial and I am on week 7 now. I am now a member. I have really enjoyed the classes and working closely with the trainers who ensure you're doing the exercises correctly. A really friendly atmosphere and everyone is rooting for you to get the results you want. It is very considered and well thought out and I love going. They offer pilates and yoga as other team and social events. I can't recommned them more highly.

Fantastic experience: Great gym experience with small group personal training that makes all the difference. Being part of a small group training on three days a week under supervision of experienced and well qualified personal trainers makes going to the gym an enjoyable experience. Powerhouse is more than a gym, it’s a community and support network that’s friendly and inclusive. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Just completed my 30 day trial and signed up for membership. Very friendly club, coaches and other members alike. Looking forward to getting fitter and stronger in a safe and fun environment. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have now been going to Power house for 2 months and i LOVE it. the coaches are great, knowledgeable and really encouraging. the classes are great , varied and challenging and a great team of people. i cant recommend them enough..
