Fantastic experience: Brilliant for anyone shy or nervous about going to the gym for the first time. Staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. Initially I tried to talk myself out of going now I love it.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy going here. The trainers are always there to keep an eye on you and help if needed. Friendly atmosphere with state of the art machines. No posers, just normal women...perfect.

Fantastic experience: Love going to gymphobics. Very friendly helpful staff. Everyone who attends is also very friendly. Highly recommend.
