Fantastic experience: Been doing pole fitness at Momentum for just under a year now and absolutely love it. I never thought I’d be consistent with any type of sport or exercise but Pole gabbed my heart and won’t let go!!

Fantastic experience: Love this place. I've been doing aerial classes at the Gloucester and Cheltenham locations for about 4 years now. I've tried loads of their aerial and flexibilty/acro classes over the years, and I like that all the instructors are welcoming, knowledgable and great with the fact I'm not a natural, and the classes are fun and friendly. The booking system is easy and has an app, so I can book my regular classes a few weeks in advance and then any extras as and when. Long term favourites are hoop, straps, rope and online pilates (not all in one day!) but I could almost list all of them!

Fantastic experience: My HAPPY place. I have been going to Momentum for a few years now! There are so many exciting classes to try and fun activities. I feel at ease at Momentum, like all the days stresses have eased away. I have met some lovely friends there.

Fantastic experience: I had my first ever aerial hoop session here whilst visiting a friend and I cannot thank the team enough for how welcoming, supportive, and encouraging they were! I was so nervous to give it a go but the instructor, Laura, took the time to introduce herself and put me at ease straight away. She was so patient and showed me as many times as I needed, gave me tips to make it easier, and kept checking in to make sure I was doing okay. It was such an amazing first step into this kind of exercise and really gave me the confidence to continue - and I'll definitely be joining more classes whenever I'm in the area! It was also an excellent price, easy to get to, and a really nice group size. I'm so grateful and really would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to classes at momentum since about mid February. Initially I just started out the first month paying as I went to try things out and it didn't take long to launch into a full membership. I have really enjoyed all the different classes available, every teacher has been fantastic and it's always felt really welcome and positive. I'm happy to be attending 2/3 times a week regularly and feel like it's worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to pole and aerial for about a year now. It’s such a great fun and all the instructors are amazing, supportive and you’re number 1 fans!! If you’re on the fence whether to start or not, JUST GO! you’ll find in that first lesson you’ll love it and that even the fellow students are so friendly and supportive. I started off doing just pole for 6 months or so, but I tried aerial and just fell more in love with aerial so now do a bit of both! I would highly recommend any classes at momentum as they’re all great!

Fantastic experience: I've been training at Momentum for 18 months now and it feels like I've found my tribe. Starting with pole fitness, I've also started doing heels classes since the beginning of this year. There is nothing I don't love about Momentum - every single instructor is amazing in their own ways, the atmosphere in class and before/after class is wonderful. They worked hard to build a community that leaves you feeling loved and a total badass all in one. I will be training here as long as my body let's me. If you've ever vaguely been intrigued by pole or any aerial discipline and want to know if it's for you, get down to Momentum and fall in love!

Fantastic experience: I recently completed the Momentum Method, Heels Pole 101. Momentum is a studio and community I'd highly recommend, the instructors are great, the atmosphere is fun and I've learnt so much which I'm really thankful for. Training with Momentum has also helped build my confidence, learn that I am capable of things I didn't think I was and its given me some of the best friends & experiences.

Fantastic experience: I ❤ this place! Honestly if you haven't tried, then you are missing out! I love the fact that no matter your shape, size gender or ability you are accepted and encouraged! I've had classes with Caitlin, Victoria, Daisy, Tessa, Shay, Rachel and Ani and whilst they all have different styles of teaching and what is shown throughout is patience and sheer talent of these beautiful women! You will meet people you never knew you needed in your life! I've be going since Feb 2022 and I cannot imagine stopping! I was so scared in my first lesson, I'm self conscious and overweight but I look back and wonder why I was ever worried! I LOVE seeing the rest of the students do amazingly! The ONLY downside, is the BBQ Society is next door at the Studio in Glos so temptation is constant

Fantastic experience: This studio and the people have become my home, I used to do pole and aerial and had a big break and afterwards I struggled to find another Studio that I felt good at. But Momentum, it’s teachers and students have made me feel home from minute 1. It‘s all the little details that make us feel cared for, let that be ice cream in the summer or hand fans so we don’t melt No matter how much of a bad day I had, here I can switch off with my Momentum family and recharge.

Fantastic experience: I decided about 9 months ago that I wanted to do something to make me like me; something to empower me, something where I could achieve something for me that makes me proud, something that makes me feel like i can do anything. So decided on giving pole a go. I’m in my 40s, I’m a bigger girl, and my knees are knackered, so my flexibility is not what it was, and my fear factor is a lot higher than it was. But do you know what…none of that matters! Pole has taught me that I can do whatever I set my heart on learning to do, and yeah it might take me a bit longer to get there, but the encouragement I get from my instructors (Ali Taylor- that’s you!) and from my class mates is AMAZING. That feeling when all of a sudden, after weeks and weeks of practice and hard work, you manage to get there, and pull THAT move off that has been your nemesis all that time, you can’t beat that. Pole is one of the best things that I have ever done- it’s pushed me out of my comfort zone and the result is becoming not only more body positive, but mind positive too. If you think you can’t, pole will teach you that you can, and I strongly encourage you that if you’re reading this and think you can’t, and want to have a go at something empowering, fantastic and fun, give pole at Momentum a go.

Fantastic experience: Starting lessons with this company was one of the best decisions I have ever made!! They have loads of different lessons that you can attend at their Gloucester studio, either of their Cheltenham studios and even from your own home! I have been apart of this amazing community for just over 2 months and have been extremely happy!! I have been blessed to be taught by Kara, Rachael and Lucy throughout that time and each of them have been a dream. They all have their own ways of teaching but each of them have been adaptable and super reassuring/kind with their methods. This means that everyone within the class, can improve in some way and feel accomplished/proud after every lesson! The owner of the company, Anna, has been absolutely wonderful!! She really knows how to provide the best customer service. She has managed to create an amazing pole community/family and we can all interact via the Facebook page group! Throughout my time on the momentum method course, she sent me lovely voice messages to ensure I was still getting what I wanted from the lessons. She is so easy to speak to and you can ask her whatever questions you need about a specific lesson, the membership, payment, booking etc. Not only this but you can also ask her general tips and tricks for pole like good grips, purchasing a pole (which momentum have a great deal for!), where to buy shoes and clothes etc. I have now finished my course and I have had no second thoughts about purchasing a membership! This company is a 2nd family for me now and I am loving the experience/journey!!! Thank you!!!!! <3

Fantastic experience: Momentum is an awesome place where anybody can participate, I have been attending regularly for over a year now because one-off classes were not enough, I have also brought my daughter along to classes recently because it is such an inclusive and supportive space. You can challenge yourself without any pressure, knowing you are safe to try or step down whichever is right for you at the time.

Fantastic experience: I started coming to momentum years ago when it was in the small studio next door. Anna is a fantastic studio owner and as a consequence has built an amazing studio, with a supportive atmosphere, which caters to the needs of students. I highly recommend pole and aerial to anyone considering it, not only will you become fit, strong and flexible during classes, but you will also make some great friends, zone out from the rest of the world for an hour, and have a laugh.

Fantastic experience: I have been a student at Momentum for about 18 months. Since day 1, all of the instructors have been super friendly, encouraging, and supportive, and know how to adapt and teach moves based on ability/injury/confidence. There's such a lovely community that has been created at Momentum, bringing together lots of different people of different backgrounds - it's one of the most welcoming places I have been. Student support is always available, either through email, the Facebook group or WhatsApp. I love going to my weekly classes - they're always a great pick me up when needed, and it's great to see progress over time. I'd say Momentum is a lot more than a pole and aerial studio, it's a place where confidence is grown, friendships are made, where everyone is welcome, and most importantly, it's a place to have fun!

Fantastic experience: I've been attending momentum for nearly 5 years. It's changed my life and is nothing short of a miracle! The inclusiveness, encouragement and support are second to none. They've helped me change my mindset around exercise to fun and wellbeing, enjoyment and laughter. There are a whole range of classes so you're sure to find something you love. It's become my passion. An hour class flies by, so I tend to stay for 2 or 3 highly recommend, 10 stars if I could rate it that high... you won't be disappointed

Fantastic experience: Momentum pole and aerial is a fabulous studio! The instructors and the students are some of the nicest people I’ve met and the atmosphere in classes is always so supportive. There is a fantastic range of classes at a range of levels available and they even run retreats! Last year I went on the Corfu retreat and had so much fun that I’m booked onto two retreats next year. I would (and frequently do) highly recommend anyone to give their classes a try!

Fantastic experience: Momentum Pole and Aerial has changed my life! I went to my first aerial hoop class very, very nervous at the beginning of May this year. The guidance and info on the website very really helpful before I started to know what to expect, including a very helpful video to ease those 'I'm almost more anxious about the parking!' nerves! I loved my first class so much I immediately booked a second the week after and very quickly bought the membership then increased my membership package and now I go 2-3 times every week. The teachers are encouraging and supportive. The ethos of the company is one of inclusivity, accessibility and body neutrality. No judgement here! Just joy and cheerleading and an amazing community of polers and aerialists. If you have ever considered doing anything like this, I wouldn't hesitate in encouraging you to try Momentum regardless of you age or body type or body size or anything!

There are morning, evening and weekend classes so nobody gets left out. it's an inclusive environment that goes out of its way to promote diversity. The community of teachers and students are all absolutely wonderful. I'm so happy that I decided to start pole dancing, I feel stronger, happier and more empowered. Fantastic experience: Momentum Pole in Cheltenham is an incredible fitness studio that has truly redefined my perception of exercise. From my very first visit, I was welcomed by a warm and supportive community that made me feel right at home. The instructors at Momentum Pole are not only skilled professionals but also incredibly passionate about what they do. They have a unique ability to make every class both challenging and fun, creating an environment where you can push yourself while still enjoying every moment. The studio itself is thoughtfully designed, with ample space and a variety of poles and equipment to cater to all levels of experience. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, there's something for everyone. It is a shame that I had to relocate and can no longer attend classes there.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Momentum for around 2.5 years and I love every session I attend. All of the staff are incredibly helpful, kind, encouraging and knowledgeable. You are made to feel welcome from day one and this is down to the ethos created by staff and students of inclusion, being a cheerleader for others and body neutrality. Everyone is welcome here which creates an exciting, dynamic, fun yet supportive environment. Staff know their sports impeccably and training is at the highest level of quality, no matter your individual skill level. Staff are quick to respond to questions/queries and go above and beyond to help you quickly and efficiently. Nothing is too much trouble. Booking is easy on the app or website and the lesson packs are great value for money. There are lots of flexible options to suit all.

The teachers are all so supportive and friendly, with incredible knowledge that ensures you get the best from your training. The studio has an incredible community of students and teachers, and if you stick around you are bound to make some wonderful friends! Fantastic experience: This place is incredible. The teachers are mind-blowingly good and the range of classes just incredible - there really is something for everyone, and in several locations. The classes are an unbelievably supportive environment and are fantastic for feeling good about yourself. It’s so welcoming and classes are totally non-judgemental. It’s wonderful seeing all kinds of people flourish here, and the sense of community is amazing (there’s even a book club!). I feel like my life revolves around this place, and I’ve tried just about every class going (I think it was 2017 when I started at Momentum) - it’s hard to fit in everything I want to do! What Anna, the owner, has managed to achieve in creating and facilitating the magic of Momentum Pole and Aerial is really incredible. I attended two pole studios before this one, and this one is by far the best I’ve been part of.

Momentum offers such a great range of classes and they're all amazing. Anna is also a genuinely inspiring business owner; she's kind, warm and nurturing, honest, and really cares about everyone who trains with her. She goes really out of her way to support her students and her instructors, and I'm so grateful for her. I'd recommend aerial arts to ANYONE who wants to have fun, get strong and cultivate a more joyful relationship with their body, and Momentum is easily one of the loveliest studios I've ever trained at! Fantastic experience: It’s now almost two months that I regularly attend classes at Momentum in Cheltenham and I am absolutely loving each and every single one of them. Kara and her assistants are amazing, friendly and super helpful during the lessons, supporting you when you succeed and encouraging you when something isn’t really working out. Tuesdays and Thursdays are now the days I look forward during the week and I hope in the future there will be more classes added on in Cheltenham ✨

Fantastic experience: This is the best community I have ever been part of. The owner and all the teachers are absolutely lovely and they always help when needed or when you have a question. The atmosphere in class is incredible and everyone is so so supportive and they WILL CHERISH every single accomplishment. They will cheer you on and be your biggest supporters. There are also events you can join, showcases, nights out. You make friends here and you learn how to appreciate absolutely everything your body can do. Atmosphere here is amazing and i promise you, everyone here is so supportive and special, it offers a range of classes from aerial hoop, through pole fitness to sexy stripper style classes in such a comfortable and supportive environment. Could not recommend this place enough ❤

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend momentum more! Before you even meet the wonderful tutors, you'll be welcomed in by the other members of the class. I instantly felt at ease and lost all my worries about being self conscious. The classes are incredibly well structured and you'll feel a sense of achievement straight away and encouraged every step of the way. I would highly recommend you take that first leap with momentum. The teachers are amazing and super skilled. Always making me feel like home. Momentum is the best place to shake off your daily worries and insecurities away and to let go. Fantastic experience: Started at momentum back in May of 2019 and I can not tell you how amazing everyone is! The instructors are energetic, passionate, skilled and informative and all so support. The atmosphere is encouraging and friendly no judgement passed and respectful. And the same goes for all that attend, I have built so much confidence and have gained friends and and an added bonus lost weight and toned up. My attitude towards my own body has changed and I proud to be a poler.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous when I came to my first lesson at Momentum, but the owner was so wonderful and welcoming. I loved it so much I have been doing weekly lessons in the 3 years since. It's great exercise and everyone at the studio is lovely. There are classes for all levels and in different styles so something for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Momentum's since 2017 and love how it's grown as a community. Anna is one of the nicest people you will ever have the pleasure to meet and has provided a safe, fun and happy environment to learn and grow in. Momentum's offer a large range of classes from standard Pole to Exotic, Aerial Hoop to Sling. The instructors offer support and encouragement to get the best out of you and whole atmosphere is very friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone who is interested in taking up or just trying pole or aerial to give it ago, whether by yourself or with a friend. It will completely change you physically and mentally.

Fantastic experience: I've never joined something where every single person is just so welcoming and encouraging. It's a real community where no matter who you are, what you look like, what level you're at, you're part of the family! Even though i can't currently attend classes, i still feel part of it all. Anna has created something really special and her team of instructors are all incredible!

Fantastic experience: Started going to momentum in May 2019 to a flow pole class. It was amazing and I was instantly hooked. Now I do 4 classes a week and it's great. The timetable is suitable for so many people as they have classes during the day. The instructors are super friendly as are all the students. I felt very welcomed by everyone!

Fantastic experience: A home away from home, any worries / anxieties I had about attending vanished as soon as I walked through the door. Welcome by so many lovely people and instructors. Other people in the classes are always so encouraging and motivating , I never thought I would be "any good" but I don't worry about that any more , I love classes as they always make me feel so amazing, strong and proud. Fantastic experience: I've been poling for just over a year, and won't be stopping any time soon! All the instructors are super helpful, encouraging, supportive, and passionate about sharing their extensive knowledge of the sport, and equally all the students are positive and welcoming and I have made loads of friends! The atmosphere is really wonderful, there is no awkwardness at all, you get an amazing workout without realising you're even exercising it's so fun. There is an amazing range of classes to try, and the opportunity for lots of extra workshops throughout the year. Don't be scared to try your first class, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I always have so much fun at Momentum. The instructors are fantastic and really know how to help develop your skills at a pace suited for you.
